It is a very boutique (3 rooms only), family owned business, you feel more like at home. Loved the prime & strategic location while still enjoy serenity. The room and common kitchen are spacious, outdoor common space is amazing too! Lovely garden & cats, very respectful and warm host! 2-min walk to convenient stores and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Everything!!

The location is just perfect in Canggu. The staff is lovely very friendly and attentive. It’s a family taking care of the villa. The room is spacious and comfy. Very clean.

This hotel is a paradise oasis in the middle of the very busy beach town of canguu. Once you enter into the beautiful garden, it feels like you are in a completely different place. Everything is incredibly clean and well kept. The hosts are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They even sat down with us and helped plan the rest of our trip. We were very happy they hosted us.

Everything! Location was perfect, you can find a lot of restaurants, you can walk to the beach but the accomodation itself is in a quiet place. We loved the shared kitchen and common areas where we could have our breakfast and read a book. Thierry and his family are very welcoming and Thierry has seen so much of the world and can give you all kind of recommendations. We stayed here for a week and we really enjoyed it!

The room was connected to the next room with a door-so I could hear mumbling from the next room when the guests in the next room talked. But it was not really a problem.

Friendly staff, the cleanliness, privacy, good wifi connection, everything!! It was like a small paradise. I had a flight at night and asked if I can book another night/ or stay half day. Luckily there was availability in another room which I could stay with a good price. Thank you for accommodating us!

Everything! This place is a piece of paradise in the heart of Canggu. It is very green, peaceful, you can hear the birds and feel relaxed. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very spacious, the beds very comfortable and everywhere it is sparkling clean.💫 You also have access to a big beautiful kitchen and terrace. We stayed here 10 nights so much we loved it and felt at home. Thierry, the owner, and his family are very welcoming, super hospitable and made us feel very comfortable and at home. Thierry is an encyclopedie of informations and can give you the best tips for the whole Bali and its secrets spots. We can only recommend this place again and again! We can't wait to go back! Lovely family run guesthouse. Felt very at home here and also safe as a solo traveler. The room gets cleaned everyday which is great and looks even nicer than the pictures. Thierry, his family and staff are very nice and helpful. I was able to check in early which was super convient. There are only 3 rooms so the pool almost feels like a privat pool. There are plenty of restaurants, shops or for example laundry close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! The only thing to mention is that the property is on one of the busiest roads around which doesn’t have a side walk on some parts. The property is a few km away from the main ‘centre’ of Canggu, so renting a scooter is recommended. Even if the road is busy, it is still pretty quiet when you’re on the property.

Puri Ayu is a quiet oasis in the middle of a very busy city. There are gorgeous plants and trees, fish ponds and a nice pool with sunbeds to relax. We had the front room with pool view and the room was super clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The owner Thierry and his family are very welcoming and we had lovely conversations with them. If you are into cooking, there is a common room and kitchen for everyone to use which has everything you need and I was so impressed by how perfectly clean this kitchen was😃 The location is good since you have everything you need right around the corner.

If I must find something to say, mmm, the bathroom is of good size but can use a little touch-up. For instance you can get rid of the tub (no one is using it), and make the bathroom brighter, get newer toilet seats. But the family makes everything clean.

The host family was awesome. Nice people. The homestay is located on one of the busiest streets in Canggu but you won't know it since it's hidden at the end of an alleyway. Easy to find various food options, a convenient store is just across from the street which was my go-to place for a quick beer. The room was big enough and the bed was very comfortable. The beaches in Canggu are overrated since you can see dirty water from the streets going into the sea. Luckily there is a nice pool in the homestay. They keep the lawn in good shape, and the common space is very big and comfy. Overall very quiet and secure place where I can relax. Would love to come back.
