This place is an absolute oasis inside the old Medina. Easy access to the centre square, restaurant, tea shops and markets. The staff here are extremely pleasant, especially Hassan, who was helpful and kind :) The room was super comfy and peaceful, and very beautiful. The bed super comfy too. A bit of peaceful luxury. Breakfast each morning was good, set out down by the pool which was just so peaceful and tranquil start to a day. I used the spa and it was worth every penny, I had a Hammam and massage super relaxing. The pool is cool water, and good after bathing. there are limited spots to sunbath due to the architecture and a roof top with sunbeds if you fancy catching some rays. The whole building is endlessly beautiful on every turn, a truly authentic Riad experience. See you all again soon and a big thank you for making my stay so peaceful, and being so helpful - especially on the last day. So much appreciation to all the staff.

Our bathroom had a very weird odor. The shower could also use a curtain or door as the water just goes onto the floor of the bathroom, flooding it a little. The room was also a little dark - could use a bit more light.

The staff was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The riad was beautiful - very authentic and homey. The location was also good - in the old medina, but in a quiet little corner. We walked everywhere as a family and came in and out many times, felt safe.

The rooms could use a bit of modernization- especially the bathrooms. The riad is old and plenty of charm, so not fully modern

Amazing hidden gem! The riad is a combination of several small courtyards with plenty of space for privacy and relaxation, near the pool or on the rooftop. Extremely calm despite location in the Medina. Very tasty breakfast Good size pool for a riad

Beds were a little hard and creaky.

Staff lovely, helpful, location perfect for exploring marrakech on foot but also peaceful. Food was good and everywhere was spotlessly clean

The breakfast could’ve been a bit more varied, more options. The rooms need fixing, some things are falling apart and could use more natural light, it was very dark.

The garden and the pool, that area was so peaceful. When it was raining one day it was so nice to chill there just listening to it. Also the bed was super comfy. The pillow too big, too thick. We had neck pain the first morning but I loved it that we asked for a change for thinner ones and they sorted this out for us immediately. Staff was great.

Excellent location, within 5 mins walk of central Medina. Pool is small but clean and picturesque. Staff are very friendly helpful and welcoming.

Hidden Taxes which were exaggerated, very expensive Taxi service 20 Euros, actual price would be 10 Euros if you go to the main street and find it yourself.

A wonderful riad right in the heart of the medina - rooms were spacious but a little dated and dark but the various courtyards were so beautiful and tranquil. excellent place to stay for a few days if you want to explore the medina. all the staff were so friendly and helpful

- breakfast: would be great to offer fresh fruits, vegetables etc - shower: water drain was a bit blocked, therefore water went on the floor of the bathroom & it smelled a bit like a blocked drain - bird’s poo on the sun chairs, would be nicer if these are cleaned more often

Beautiful riad with lovely old and historical details. It feels like being in another time. For a riad in the medina comparably big pool. Various courtyards to explore. Very friendly staff.

No food menu or opportunity to have lunch or a snack without booking ahead which they didn’t inform us of at check-in. We also had the spa treatments and when trying to pay they said that it must be cash - given it was midnight and we were leaving early in the morning and didn’t have enough cash they agreed to take card payment in the morning but then proceeded to say there wasn’t enough signal for the machine to work. It was quite disappointing that they could charge our card for the stay before us arriving however for any extras they expect cash but don’t tell you about it.

The staff is great and very helpful. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom facilities were excellent. We had a massage and facial onsite and that was great.

Most amazing place we have ever stayed. The Riad was gorgeous, the rooms were fantastic. The staff were exceptional, airport pickup and drop off, very accommodating when we had an early morning they organised breakfast earlier than the stated times. One of the staff members Eunice was waiting for us at 5:30am when we had an early excursion planned, and he walked the streets with us and waiting for our bus to come. We also had dinner one night at the Riad, which was fantastic. They provided us with beers and wine also. We also had a massage which was 10/10. Great place to stay if you don’t like resorts / package holidays, very chill environment, with a great location. Great for couples. Recommending it to all our friends and families!

Small minus point was that the wifi in the room did not work. However, in the public areas super, so you can help yourself here and go out for a minute

The Riad is very nice and attention is paid to every little detail. Very quiet atmosphere in the middle of the busy old town. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would book there again at any time
