The hotel is from my perspective highly overpriced. We booked a "Suite". To be honest in the end it was a regular room, absolutely not a Suite. Also the room was smelling strangely.

Not enough staff so service very slow,but still very nice hotel. Staff talking in Moroccan about residents Unaware I can speak arabic and understand what being said. Would still stay here again was really nice enjoyable hotel.

- at the booking time it was mentioned that I’m getting a 50 Sqm Suite deluxe, then was negatively surprised by a 30 sqm unit at the terrace just under the swimming pool, and next to the machines room!!!!!!!! NOISE was a serious issue! at 8 am cleaners start moving tables and chairs at terrace on top of the room just above the room, and heavily cleaning…… MORNING RUINED, they woke me up for 2 consecutive days. so bottom line, getting something different than what I booked + not being able to relax and sleep the morning is a perfect formula for ruining a stay …. very unfortunate

The description on booking doesn’t correspond to what you get. We bought a junior suite ( more expensive than a normal room) but actually it was an average room with no space, no fridge, no air conditioning, with a small double bed. I can’t imagine the standard rooms…So at the end it resulted overpriced. If the ownership hadn’t had this cheating attitude I would have given 9 or 10.

The hotel is pretty nice with amazing style and decoration. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I have to underline the cleanliness. It was spotless. Breakfast was good ( even if they pretended to charge for an espresso coffee and it was the first hotel in years of travelling all around the world)

The room was extremely small and uncomfortably hot. We had a room on the terrace and it was like sleeping in an oven. if you stay here - ask for a room not on the terrace. For the price we paid, I expected more from the rooms and experience in comparison to the accommodation options of the same calibre available. I also had a nut allergy and they served me pancakes with Nutella, which was not great.

Suite Azur was in a great location. It was relatively quiet from all the hustle and bustle of the medina. The terrace and plunge pool were a bonus. Great breakfast.

The receptionist was not helpful. I had messaged asking for information about a local tour guide, parking, and a hammam. I was not given any information about a tour guide, so I assumed they didn't have any recommendations. I went to the parking lot they recommended, and the parking attendant wanted to charge my 70Dhs per night for parking. I was told that there was an associated hammam. When I arrived, I was asked if I wanted the tour guide right then; this was confusing to me because I was not told any information in messages. The receptionist said they were waiting for me to tell them when I wanted the tour, but I was never asked this question. I was made to feel that the communication error was my fault, and yet it was not. The receptionist was able to call the associated hammam and make a reservation for the next day. I went to the room, and the bathroom was much smaller than anticipated. I was given tea on the terrace (very kind of them because it was a few flights up), and the terrace was not as nice as in the pictures. I headed out to look for a restaurant for dinner. I asked the receptionist if he had any recommendations. He recommended one but then said I would need a reservation in advance - not very helpful when I'm trying to find a hotel in the moment. I asked him for others, and he said he would need to call around to find out. I said it was fine and went to walk around. I couldn't find restaurants matching my needs, so I returned and asked if it was possible to have the dinner at the hotel restaurant. I was told no because it was too late of notice; I understand that. With the limited food options and the smaller room than anticipated, I then said that I wanted to change my stay from 2 nights to 1 night and wanted to cancel my hammam for the next day. At this point, the receptionist told me to, "Just relax." I then said that this is insensitive to say to people and that I wanted to check out immediately.
