they leave clothed people in the pool. unfortunately, I saw grease on the water after. the breakfast was very poor.for this we prefered to choice another location every morning

Good value for that money. It's not a luxury and the newest hotel but definitely very clean and well located. Beds are comfortable, very good breakfast for the price and stuff very kind. Some small details could be bit better (i assume that lockdowns made things bit complicated).

The bathroom is very old and with an unpleasant smell. I booked a single room but was assigned a triple room and was also charged with a little extra. I am not complaining the extra charge; I just felt a waste of space for a solo traveler. The breakfast is Okay, not in the form of a buffet but was offered by a restaurant next to the hotel according to a menu, which is a little weird for me.

The location is very good. It is close to the beach. The facilities are old, especially the elevator, but they are maintained with cleanliness. The room is spacious.

Not the hotel’s fault, but nearby construction makes the walk to the ocean longer than it would be otherwise.

A good value budget hotel. Located a short walk from the ocean. It was especially nice to have a refrigerator to keep drinks cold.

1. Air conditioner wasn’t working (there was no remote to switch it on) 2. The phone wasn’t working and do if we wanted to ask about something we had to go all the way to the reception 3. Tv had only half of the screen working 4. The hop was only partially working 5. The hot tap in the kitchen wasn’t working properly 6. We only have been left with one set of towels over the Eid period. Would of been nice it someone left an extra set for that day.

1. The check in and check out was extremely smooth 2. The room as well as the entire hotel looks clean 3. The cleaning lady was doing an amazing job tidying our room daily, she was even doing all the dishes left in the sink by us which was unexpected - Thank You. 4. Restaurant was average at best. On checkout a member of staff tried to convince us that we hadn't paid for a dinner we had. They had no reciept to prove this, and having checked out itinerary, concluded that we absolutely did not have this dinner. The staff member was very patronizing and unapologetic. A pity, we were going to leave a big tip for them as other than these two, the other staff were great. **Edit 08/06/2022: The manager finally reached us and confirm that it was a mistake made by a staff. He genuinely apologized. They input the bill to the wrong room number. So, just keep every restaurant bill and ask them whether they had the bill signed or not.

Room was bigger than expected View was better than expected Cleaning staff did a great job. Abdullah gave us a free trip city tour because the taxi was late about 30minutes. Very good manager.

No breakfast provided was a minus as we had to think about it every time. Jokes aside, Tilila is nothing fancy, but the price is fair. No thing that I could really complain. Just beware that all Agadir is under construction now and you will encounter some sort of construction works neraby for another year or 2, but it's not the hotel's fault.

Room was clean, room service was 98% on point and addional 2% were covered fast by reception (they gave us 1 towel instead 2, it happened once and was sorted out in about 6 minutes, so it was abssolutely fine)

The shower wasn't very hot and was too low.

The location was good for us as it was right next to the car rental offices so we could easily return our rental car. The hotel was also very close to the beach and the promenade. They organised a taxi for us to get to the airport and the room was nice.
