The bathroom wasn’t clean old band aid on the floor the whole time I was in the room and they even came in while I was out to clean and band aid still there and we found a cockroach in my room and when we went and said something to the front desk all they did was hand us a bug spray.

Every towel we received was either stained or had hair on it; Found hair in the bed; Shower\tub was stained and appeared to have mold; Neighbors were loud with TVs, talking, yelling, door banging, and loud music (early in the morning); Pillows were dreadful and there should be more than 3 on a king-sized bed.

Price was ok and location was close to the event we were attending.

The pool area closed up at 9; I was not back from dinner yet. This property has an attached restaurant, but it closed at 8:30. WiFi didn't work.

The best physical feature of this property is the pool area. Many rooms open in back to it.

The room have a kitchen, but who bring fork and knife to a hotel? Nobody. So, I needed eat my food with my hands. The balcony is shared with other rooms and the view is for parking. Ah! and the parking is not covered.

The floor was dirty. My bedroom slippers came home black on the bottom. The toilet paper rolls were damp and had dime and nickel size gray spots on them--all the way thru. Husband had to go to office and get new ones along with a second wash cloth for face. The chair was badly stained and arms dirty--no way was I sitting or putting my clothes on it. There was no breakfast.

Was quiet in our room. Parking was right in front of our room. Bed was clean and okay.

I wrote everything in the upper paragraph. Except that i didn't like being charged an extra $20 to check in 30 minutes early.

The room was big. Although it said no smoking you could smell the smoke from decades of smoking. The bed was comfortable, it was an old mattress and the padding on the sides had worn thin so you could feel the heavy metal cable around the top outside of the mattress. The toilet didn't always flush and unlike most motels that have the dead bolt and and extra locking device on the door to make it more secure this room was missing the second device. The property was quiet. The room appeared to be clean except in the morning when I saw a baby cockroach on the counter in the kitchen area.

We stay here quite often (at least if not more than 5 days every 2 months and my only complaint is that I have learned that I need to bring what I now call my “traveling mop” because Every Trip the floor turns the bottom of our feet black

1. TV screen froze and didn't work for the first 15 minutes upon arrival. 2. Hardwood floors were filthy. *The bottom of our socks were black after walking from our bed to the bathroom. 3. Bathroom was disgusting. One towel had a blood stain on it, the other one had a pubic hair. 4. There was no hand soap and the shower pressure was incredibly weak. 5. Bathroom door would not close. The lock/ latch on the door was broken. The door literally would not close. We had to fold a piece of cardboard and wedge it between the door frame so we could have privacy when we used the bathroom. It was embarrassing. Overall Impression: Dirty facility maintained with the least amount of effort possible.

Non working fridge, no coffee, dirty towels/furniture/bed/bedding/sheets and outdated.

The staff! So kind and sweet. It’s also comforting parking 4ft from the front door. The room itself was quite and spacious. I think a light and neutral color scheme should be taken into strong consideration for a small face lift. Brown sheets hide stains . . .

The room needs to be redone. Needs painting, new furniture, put a chair in the room. Put new molding in bathroom and paint. Places in bathroom was spackled but not painted. Put new holders for toilet paper. 2 holders and both broken.

Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. A coffee maker was in the room. Could be a great place if they would redo rooms. I will not stay there again!
