Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IrelandThe WiFi wasn't good enough.
The staff are really good and nice. One of the cleaners made our bed in a very impressive way that I had to take a picture of the bed and didn't wanna sleep on it because I didn't want it to get wrinkled. However, the WIFI was bad on the 3rd floor, the management needs to work on this. I love the fact that the hotel is located in a really good area, close to almost everything. It's just about 8 minutes' walk to the beach.

United KingdomPool only receives a few hours sunshine so in December is freezing and still Hotel Management refuses to put on Pool Heating!!! Chaotic breakfast buffet with hardly enough tables for guests and waiters clearing your table when you go to top up your coffee!! Asked for a large glass from Restaurant for my room but each day when I went out,it was removed and so I kept having to go back to restaurant and do same thing every day!! Good Hotel but still charging way too much for Morocco when there's so much competition!
Lovely spacious comfortable room with balcony view of pool garden and area.Room was bright and had all you need. Big Hotel with plenty of areas to hang out, lounges, bars, terraces etc. Lovely garden and pool area to relax in and have lunch if wanted. Easy walk downhill to beach and seafront where there are many restaurants. Onsite spa was convenient.Cleaning ladies were very good.

United KingdomThe WIFI in the room (4th floor) was really weak but in the swimming pool area/downstars was woking perfectly.
It's a lovely hotel, with amazing swimming pools/area. The room was big enough for the 3 of us, the bed confortable and you could even use netflix on their TV. It's just 5 mins walk from the seafront. The breakfast and dinner were good. Staff are very kind. I choose the room with swimming/sear view and the sunsets where to die for. Nearby, just few mins walk there this the cablecar which take you up the fortress.

United KingdomI wasn't too keen on the breakfast, particularly the hot section, which was tepid at best and very unappealing. The saving grace, though, was the fresh omelette and moroccan pancakes, which were ok, but we did choose to eat out most mornings. I injured my arm in the lift, which has left me with mild bruising to the elbow. The door sensor is too high, and this resulted in the lift door shutting surprisingly hard and fast as I was trying to get in. There is a local Arabic night club which plays music until 2am every night. I didn't mind this too much, but others might. The mattress is very firm.
The hotel was exceptionally clean. My hotel room was cleaned every day, and the room was always left smelling so fresh and wonderful with really nice touches to the towels and bedding with a different style every day. The hotel is a short walk to the promenade. There's a local convenience store next door, and there were always taxis outside if we needed them. The view from room 411 was fabulous, and there was a small balcony, not big enough for a chair but big enough to stand on to take in the view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area looked nice. The shower was powerful, and the water was always nice and hot. Checkout was nice and easy.

PolandSound isolation is not great, both from windows and doors. You can hear a lot of motorcycles and cars at night - especially from rooms on the city side, and noises from the hall could also be disturbing. Breakfast could offer more food choices or more varied options. Poor wifi connection in hotel room on 4th floor
Cleanliness, staff was super friendly, rooms were big, the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere, and it was quiet all day.

United KingdomGenerally it was overall good but the staff at the pool restaurant could have been a bit more attentive to the people poolside for when they wanted to order. Also I requested a double bed and had two single bed pushed together so was unable to sleep in the middle as a solo traveller.
I liked the feel of the hotel and the room and how spacious it was. The facilities provided at the hotel were satisfactory. The access to the pool and sunbeds was great as was the poolside snack bar. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was also good as the beach was a short walk away as were the restaurants and other eateries. The spa was a nice modern spa and the ladies there friendly and welcoming.

United KingdomThe breakfast could have had a few more items catering to the English traveller, turkey/chicken sausages, bacon, beans etc as I’ve always had in stays in other countries around the world and more fruit would have been lovely. Also the DJ by the pool needs to update the playlist and stop playing the same songs over. Apart from that no faults!
I stayed for a week with my two 10 year old children. The staff are absolutely amazing, attentive and helpful - from the men opening the lobby doors for us, the receptionists, the cleaners and the waiters (in particular me and my children would like to thank the receptionist with glasses (who also has twins), the two younger male waiters who us served daily at breakfast/ at the snack bar , and a special shout out to the life guard at the pool who we were unable to say bye to - these members of staff went above and beyond to make mine and especially my children’s stay so joyful and memorable. The staff are providing a 5* service for sure. The property itself has 4* features, a little run down visually in places but our room on the third floor was large and very comfortable, the balcony overlooked the pool and mountains/sea with a beautiful view, air con worked fine for the duration of our stay. We went for breakfast daily around 930am then a couple hours by the pool and by the time we returned everyday our room had been cleaned to a nice standard and towels replaced. The pool area and garden are the best features of the hotel, a Dj was playing music for the majority of our stay (he could have changed the music up a bit though - it seemed to play the same old fashioned songs on a loop whereas the music from next doors hotel was much much better and more current). Hotel next door is a bit noisy at night but this didn’t affect our stay in any way. Breakfast was ok, not as great as other breakfasts I’ve had as an English traveller, but decent enough omelette and pancake station, fresh croissants, cakes, juice, cereal that we ate daily, there are other options like traditional Moroccan breakfast meats and rice, but the selection of fruit could have been improved.

United KingdomThe food wasn’t great as it was limited options and very repetitive. Though the staff were friendly, one member followed us on a walk, asking us questions requesting that we get in his car and he shows us around. We didn’t feel completely safe after this event. Be careful of going during July and August as although the weather says it is 30 degrees and sunny, there is lots of sea mist and limited actual sunshine or maybe 3 hours maximum a day.
The staff were very friendly and it was great that breakfast was included.
