Table tennis table needs a refurb - bats very battered. Gym was also very lacking and balcony was very small - unable to sit out on it.

The staff was not s friendly and willing to compromise as I thought an hotel of 4 stars would offer (example is with transactions. They insisted more than once that cash was only allowed to pay services or tours. The so service was supervised by a woman that didn't speak any English)

I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. The chef makes high quality food and it's full of touches. The ladies that make eggs and pancakes in the morning did an amazing job!

Staff at breakfast was somehow passive and lack of initiative. When you work in a hotel, you should be prepared to clean the tables after guests are gone. We saw a unclean table for 2 days in a row. Also, at lunch we waited 40mins for a dish. Finnaly, we arrived very early and need to to early check-in. There is a charge and we paid of course, that's fair. However, the cost of charge changed between one and another recepctionist, what was strange - that prices must me standardized and on a price list.

We stayed 30 April - 2 May. The nicest thing is the pool, we spend a great time there - nice size, with some chairs for sunbaths. Next to it there is a restaurant with fair prices, and also a gym. Wi-fi was good with good signal everywhere. Hall has plenty of space. Location is good, 5-7 minutes walking from beach. Breakfast was buffet and very complete, even some hot food and variety of hot and cold drinks. There is a woman who cook really good crepes and omeletes at the moment. A young woman receptionist was very kind, good english, and helped us to print plane tickets. We benefit with a free upgrade and our room had a really nice view.

-Shower in room was cold at times until 6pm -Pool was pretty cold -We got two single beds pushed together instead of a double travelling as a couple -We had street facing view and it got a bit loud early in the morning

The hotel is found in a very nice location not far from the beach. I really enjoyed our stay there and made good use of the swimming pool. It is a very good place to stay if you are looking for something on a budget. the breakfast was really good.

The taxi I had booked through the hotel for the morning of my flight home at 4:40am did not show up. I was talking to another guest and the same happened to them. was quite stressful trying to find another taxi last minute. would definitely try leave enough time to get to the airport incase this happens and another taxi needs to be booked.

The pool area was gorgeous. Loads of trees surrounding for privacy and a lot of sun loungers. also very clean. Staff were very helpful. Was also able to book my trip to Paradise Valley through the hotel for a great price of €30. I was collected from the hotel and dropped back again. Rachid was my tour guide and he was 10/10! would highly recommend. amazing experience. Would hold off booking any excursion until you get to the hotel as they have an extensive list and specific staff member working in the hotel to arrange everything you need at a great price! Nothing special about the hotel. Nothing bad either.

The hotel is very near to the beach and restaurants. It can be easily found. The pool area was very nice, it was included in the price and clean. The room itself was clean. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, the coffee wasn’t very good (the coffee machine gave random hot drinks, even if we chose cappuccino, we got cocoa). At least the orange juice was fresh.

For people arriving by cars : The access to the parking is difficult The street where is the main entry is very small and busy of cars Concerning rooms: All terraces are very very small with no chairs, just a little space to stand in. No water to in rooms for clients the first night
