The only downside to our room is not having a kettle.

Monaco is a very busy place, lots to see. Hotel was good. Clean and friendly.

My room was a little warm and the a/c didn’t appear to work also the shower seemed to not have a lot of power.

I am sure if I aid for a superior room I would have more room to dance and pirouette but for the price who can grumble!

Breakfast was a great buffet and each day they let me stay after the publicised end time. The room was great and if I leaned over the balcony I could see the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other. I was very happy there

The room was extremely hot and it didnt seem like the temperature control made any difference. The room didnt seem like it was cleaned properly with lots of dust. The linen was not the best and the pillows were extemely uncomfortable. the shower did not drain water and the towels seemed dry and papery. The room was also not as agreed with the hotel during conversation.

The hotel lied about their room claiming that it was a room with a city view, while in fact it was a wall view. When you opened the window you could see only a grey wall.

property is perfectly located to all major attractions with plenty of stores / restaurants nearby. The staff are well trained and most speak French and English. One of the staff, Magid, was super helpful and friendly. Would recommend for stays in Monaco.

TV remotes are very confusing, had to use one remote to turn TV on and use another remote to select channels. No signal happens often so had to restart TV over again and again. When I first booked the room, I saw the picture that the room has a bath tub but when I check in there’s no bath tub and shower is very small so is bathroom which is disappointing. The cost I paid for the room is too way expensive for the room I had.

Good location, is middle of train station and beach. Clean bed.

The room was ok, but old. You can totally see that the hotel had his best years, a lot of years ago. The breakfast room was in the night time a pizzeria and it looked pretty nasty. The breakfast was bad!! As a vegetarian u could just eat a toast with butter. Even my partner who normally eats meat didn’t like to eat that ham so he also ate a toast with butter they didn’t serve any water for breakfast. Maybe you get a better overall view from Monaco if you stay in a different hotel and pay probably the double off the price but this is probably worth it.

Everything was just fine. Hotel staff was extremely nice and we even got an upgrade for free. Wifi was super fast and the hotel is perfectly located.

We were shocked when we entered our room: what is shown on the pictures - looking completely different in reality. Everything is old, outdated, bathroom with mold. The room looks more like hostel with old wool blankets, horrible pillows etc. And we have to mention the fact of meeting grumpy lady at breakfast who is “too bothered” by the questions you ask.

Very friendly and helpful stuff at reception; discount on parking (only 12€ per 24h); breakfast (despite all negative comments below about breakfast quality, you still can get boiled eggs, toasts with ham/jam which is nice benefit). And of course, Italian restaurant downstairs: great food, service, impressively low prices. Walking distance to the center.
