Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Nice area, view to both sea (laterally) and nice garden (frontally); bus station very close to the hotel. close to Luis II stadium; good value for money, large room, we will chose it again if offered. We did not try hotel facilities or services (breakfast, pool etc)

MalaysiaA little far to walk from Monte Carlo station. It took us 20-25 mins. We were lucky to have free bus rides in the month of November. We took the bus and went around the whole of Monaco.

Nice, quiet neighborhood, a bit far from the busy areas. Still, Monaco is too small to care that much. Friendly and polite staff, especially the valets. Nice view from the balcony. Good breakfast too.
