Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Czech RepublicHotel is requiring renovation, bad noisy isolation, bad level of service in Nikki Beach - long time waiting, few times forgot our orders, mixing bills……. So, during check-out hotel 30 minutes pushes us to pay order from Nikki Beach for 450 EUR, which we didn’t have, signed for different person, for another day than we have visited…..
Good location, big room, clean, very good breakfasts, very polite and professional staff, good sea-view, good atmosphere.

NetherlandsThere is quite a bit of construction going on around the area, so expect noise. The breakfast is slow and as small variety.
The location is truly historical. Loved the design even though it is quite old and worn down. It has an amazing restaurant -NOBU. Access to a private beach was amazing and was the highlight of our family trip.

It was a beautiful stay. Everything is readily accessible and staff is helpful and cheerful except for 1 lady. The potter and concierge were excellent. Bed and pillow were very comfortable and room facilities were okay...phased renovations have started so they will offer better room and bathroom facilities. Be specific when u book sea view you might be unlucky and get one facing both the sea and a construction site. Great breakfast with varieties. Lovely stay...

United KingdomCheck in is from 3pm and we arrived at 3.20pm to be told our room wasn't ready, it would be about 30 minutes. We had a wander around and went back to the desk to be told it still wasn't ready and the receptionist had no idea when it would be. I gave it another half hour and went up again, to be told that the carpet was being cleaned in the room, hence the delay. At this stage, we were finally offered a complimentary drink at the bar and the key was then brought to us at 5pm. When we got to the room, it was obvious that the carpet hadn't been cleaned as it was quite stained. A disappointing start to our stay.
Fantastic view from our balcony & the Hairpin room was lovely. It was just what we wanted. We were surprised to have the room on the sixth floor as we had been emailed a couple of times to say we were on the third floor with a limited view of the track and were offered a garden room suite instead. We had come specifically for the Historic Grand Prix so it was all about staying in the Hairpin room and we loved every minute of it !

United KingdomFirst day, one coffee cup was missing, no coffee cartridges. Supplied next day. On 3rd floor hairpin view is very very poor. For us it is OK because we are on track side all day as photographer. But if someone expected to watch race from room should be informed in advance. Hotel has special viewing spot on 7th floor (Roof Top). It is awesome. So it is recover downside of 3rd floor poor view though. .
Location right next to Race Track(Hair Pin), Room is spacious & very clean. Free complimentary bottles of water every night. Room View to Hairpin but it was 3rd floor , therefore hardly see race. Reception & floor staff 's response was really good. Report default of safety box in the room, maintenance guy came within 5 minutes & sorted out.
