Doors on the wardrobe felt like might fall off any time. One night (until midnight) there was a lot of noise caused by some russian speaking guests in one of the other rooms.

Breakfast was really nice. Room was spacious and clean.

Very early in the morning (6:00 am), some ladies (guests i suppose),were ironing a dress and were very loud. I advise the place to be changed of the ironing table

The room had everything.... almost. It had a kettle and cups, but not tea/sugar/coffee or Spoon's. The bathroom had shampoo, soup, conditioner, slippers, personal kits... But no toothpaste. When you're on a stopover like we were, a hotel room perhaps should include this.

We had a twin room and the room was of a very good size and comfortable beds. The bathroom was nice and modern. Location is great, as you can walk to the main areas and to the market. We included breakfast, and this was served at the sister restaurant across the street. The breakfast was of fine dining, possibly too fine for our personal taste.

Breakfasts starts only at 8 am and each cliant is served with a waitress, so physically one can start eating only at around 8.20 am. For me it was late since I had to leave hotel for work already. A selection of food to pick up right at 8 am could help.

Though the hotel is in central area of the capital, and the street of around the hotel is beautiful. The street Armeneasca which connects main attractions with hotel needs reconstruction of facilities. I hope the city renovates that street!

The room was very comfortable, quiete and clean. Staff is very helpful, Breakfasts are tasty prepared especially for guests at a restaurant across the street.

One room was next to the spa, which caused noise. In the showers it can take some time to warm up the water. The apartment was smaller than expected.

Good beds, clean, late check in possible, breakfast from a menu card instead of buffet. The double bed room was quite large.

An excellent hotel, room was very big and bed was very comfy. Very clean and the staff very friendly. Walking distance to the main part of the city and an excellent breakfast was served in a local cafe.

Room very very warm for British tastes....needed to open all windows even though early March just to get the room down to 20 degrees. "London Breakfast" looked good but only eggs cooked fresh sausage/bacon etc. all completely cold.....again not to British taste

Pleasant hotel a short (10 minute) walk from main tourist area......the associated restaurant opposite was excellent for dinner in the evening and is where breakfast is served also

The crockery and cutlery in the kitchen was a bit deficient and we decided to buy our own breakfast bowls, mugs and had to borrow a bottle opener. It seems maybe these items were stolen before or broken and there is no replacement policy or regualr checking of stock. We were given two extra bowls when asked but they were taken away again the next day!

I stayed with my wife for over one week and enjoyed the proxinty to the city centre, with the peace and quiet of the location and the excellent breakfast service in the Gasthaus just over the road. There was no fuss or bother staying in this hotel.

The staff was very kind, spoke perfect English and helped with all of our queries. The breakfast in the restaurant in front is great. The spa brings this apartahotel to another level, super super recommended.
