breakfast is direct at the other side of the street in front of the hotel, breakfast is not a buffet you have to choose from menu for extra cub coffee you need to pay extra as well for a water. No bar, with snacks or water, drinks or thee in the hotel room.

clean king size beds are bigger then king size. very good comfortable matrasses, smart tv and a lot space with kitchen.

Very nice and clean accommodation within walking distance from the city center. A nearby establishment provides breakfast, which surprised me, but the options are excellent. I really enjoyed the soft and large bed.

- the management of the restaurant changed and the customer experience is not the same as it used to be (but that's not an issue of the Hotel) - the guy at the reception was quite unskilled wasn't able to give me a correct company invoice.

- as always, very big apartment - comfortable bed - underground parking - still best place to stay in Chisinau

This has nothing to do with the hotel itself but rather with the restaurant serving breakfast. On the last morning of our stay we needed to hurry to the airport so asked the waitress if the breakfast could be made quick, and she said it would only take 5-10 min. After 20 min of waiting we asked her again, she said we needed to wait another couple of minutes, and...brought us completely cold breakfast 😂 I guess we should have specified that we wanted out breakfast to be made AND brought to the table fast! Other than that, the hotel itself and the entire stay have been sublime.

The room was very clean, and the mattress was very comfortable. Nice and friendly staff. The breakfast was also really good, we could choose among several options (French, English, Moldovan/Russian style...). Super happy with our stay! Thank you so much!

The breakfast is a plate with food, and a coffee, no water of juice, I asked a small bottle of water and I paid for it 2,65 e. Location is near centre, but in the night very isolated roads as it is the main market there.

I do not really care about the equipment, but I recommend the place for its special kindness. I came there from Ukraine on the second day of the invasion and I was touched by the kindness provided not only to me (an employee gave me his SIM card to stay in touch with my close ones in Ukraine) but to everyone else. The employees accommodated people at their homes and when I tried to 'force' them to take double payment for my room, so that someone else in need can stay there for free on the next night, they politely declined, saying that they have resources to help and that they will continue doing exactly that. (Before coming to this place, I came first to another place, where they confused me for a young Ukrainian and tried to place me in a basement without internet, without shower, towel or even a key, while trying to make me pay unofficially to take money aside. Familion ApartHotel restored my faith in humanity.)

- I was assigned an upper wall window room, despite I asked and they confirmed that they won't give me that specific room - I asked for another room to be a specific room number and the person who was at the reception next day gave it to someone else. - too many new unskilled employees at the reception

- Breakfast is a la carte and served in Restaurant nearby the hotel. - rooms are very spatious
