There were a few small flaws, but for the price I still recommend it. Poor lighting in the room (the kitchen light didn't work and there was no bedside lamp in the bedroom). Bed and bedding (not very comfortable, hard couch, and instead of a duvet only a sheet and a bedspread without bedding. The basic kitchen equipment lacked a cutting board.

I recommend if you are looking for a nice place in a good location for a nice price. There were a few small flaws, but for the price I still recommend it. Nice staff, great location, clean room and daily change of towels, nice view from the big balcony.

it’s a little bit faraway from the beach and old town (15/30 minutes by walk).

the WiFi reception was awful in the bedroom, they didn’t provide a trash can or dish soap for the kitchen, in the description I read sea or garden view and my view was of another apartment complex

unfortunately they don’t accept credit cards unlike stated in booking.com, they also couldn’t break a hundred euro bill. Very difficult in general to find a place who would.

The staff weren’t welcoming and they were rude. Everything felt like a lot of effort for them and they didn’t take time to explain basic things to us like how they have a policy they keep the key when you leave the hotel. We asked why, and that we want to take it, their response was that they have a key and they will go into our rooms if they want anyway. This made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of the trip and we left early.

I have no complaints whatsoever.

This place is perfect for a short or even longer stay in Budva. It is located very centrally so everything is within a walking distance. I liked the balcony. What a pleasant way to start your day by cooking some coffee in the kitchen and having it on the balcony listening to the birds sing. Cleanliness was also good. My room was cleaned on the day between the two nights I stayed. This is top level service.

I booked a room with a double bed and ended up with a room with 2 Single SOFA beds. The owner (I guess) told me that thats the room, he was fully booked ( not true) and that he can’t do nothing. Didn’t even care to hep to put the two sofas together. Pillows flatter than a baby pillow. The cleaning lady came every morning changing the towels and putting the room in order but never changed the bed sheets and never cleaned the bathroom in 3 nights staying. On the third day just changed the towels and didn’t touch nothing else. No one didn’t speak English.

Near the center

The hosts are friendly, polite and available at any time. The rooms were clean and well-equipped and the location is good - just a 10min walk from the main bus station and the beach.
