The bathroom could have been cleaner, the trash bin wasn't emptied during my two night stay. It would have been nice to have one in the room too.

Location in the heart of the Old Town was perfect. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Staff members friendly and helpful. The light bulb in my room went off and it was replaced in 15 minutes. All my questions were answeted promptly.

The facilities were very basic. The beddings were not very clean. Crucially it was so noisy outside the apartment from restaurants or clubs until early next morning (it was a Friday).

While the accommodation itself was charming and comfortable, I couldn't overlook the peculiar behavior of the host. Unfortunately, their demeanor was a bit odd, and it seemed like they lacked patience during our interactions. Clear communication and a more welcoming attitude would have significantly improved the overall experience. One notable inconvenience was the absence of parking facilities. It would have been helpful to have a designated parking space, especially considering the challenges of finding parking in the busy old town area. Moreover, the cleanliness of the floors was a bit disappointing. It was evident that more attention could have been given to maintaining a pristine environment. On a practical note, the water pressure in the bathtub was a recurring issue. While it didn't ruin my stay, it would be beneficial for the hosts to address this concern to ensure a more enjoyable bathing experience for future guests.

I couldn't have asked for a better location during my stay in Kotor. The apartment nestled in the heart of the old town was a true gem. Being within walking distance of all the iconic bars and restaurants made exploring the city a breeze. The coziness and warmth of the room in Kotor's old town apartment were undeniable highlights of my stay. The comfortable atmosphere provided a welcoming retreat, making me feel right at home. While the room itself was delightful, I must mention that the price for one night was a bit on the higher side. However, considering it was New Year's Eve, the premium pricing seemed reasonable given the demand and the desire to celebrate the occasion in such a picturesque location. The festive atmosphere and the convenience of being in the heart of the old town contributed to the overall value of the experience.

The showers are black with mould and scum. The toilet bowl dirty. No curtains on the windows and the shutters did not close. The towels and bed linens are very worn.

Considering there is a cleaning fee added on, it wasn't clean enough. Floor hadn't been mopped. Our feet were grubby if we walked barefoot. Hairs on the sheets and towels. I've deducted 2 points for unclean looking sheets and poor quality towels. We didn't use it, but I think charging customers €1.50 to print something is quite bad. It doesn't cost that much in paper and ink...

Great location in the centre of old Town. 13 minute walk from the bus station and 7 minutes from two supermarkets. We thought we were getting a shared bathroom but it turned out to be private and it was like a whole apartment. Very good value. Kitchen equipment was good. I would recommend it.

Hard to find. Sour girl who took me to the room. Not very clean. Odd furniture, nothing co-ordinated. DIY shelves. Old doona. Up 3 flights of narrow stairs. Noisy at night until 1am from bar nearby.

The best thing about this property is the location, which was brilliant and easy to navigate within the old town. The room was small but good, reasonably comfortable with a little kitchenette and decent and clean bathroom. Air conditioner was very useful given the warm weather.

This property would be better marketed as a hostel rather than an apartment. The shared kitchen and bathroom make it feel more like a backpackers inn. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards and the bathroom door has a broken lock and door jamb so doesn’t even close. We had to prop it shut with a chair. Our bedroom smelt like old cigarette smoke and the mattress is in desperate need of replacing, you can feel every lump and springs. We had a doona cover left for us to make our own bed using a doona we found in the cupboard which also needs replacing. Bella Apartments should downgrade it’s advertising and reprice it to match what it’s providing. We’ve been on the road for 5 weeks and have stayed in A LOT of places that are far better for the same cost. I hate leaving bad reviews but it’s worth being honest!

Great location right in the heart of old town Kotor. the host was really lovely and allowed us to check in early and even helped us carry our luggage. We are travelling on bicycles and she allowed us to keep them secure with us in our room.

The water tank is small so there is not much hot water. It was cold and we just had a sheet on the bed and the heater didn't work very well. The bedding was a little uncomfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious with lots of natural light and shutters to make it dark. It was a great location, so close to walks, shops and restaurants. It was nice and quiet. Good WiFi.
