I love this property because it’s so cozy,neat and close to so many places. I would also like to state that there’s a small kitchen where you can do your cooking and not spending too much on food,everything you need to make your stay a home away from home is present at this property,iron,pots,hair dryer,cutleries and more. How else can I talk about this property without talking about how kind and caring the owner of this property is,he was willing to help us with everything,this kind man dropped us off at the airport without an extra charge,showed us round town and showered us with gifts on arrival. Anatoly, the host, met us in the evening at the Tivat bus station (6km from the apartment), and during our stay drove us several times around town to the closest bus/ferry/ATMs/tourist registration office, all free of charge, with nice conversation, tips on best places to visit, shops, cafes and overall logistics to the other towns of the Kotor Bay. Both Anatoly and his wife Victoria were very nice hosts, prepared a bunch of little welcome and farewell gifts (like a little bottle of wine, a can of beer, lemonade, water, sweets and some little souvenirs) weren't pushy about payment, helped with all the requests. The apartment itself was smallish, but very cozy and warm thanks to the electric heater, with a big balcony with two chairs and a coffee table, and a great view of the mountains and sea, partially blocked by other buildings, but not in an irritating way (walk to the beach was about 10 mins). Nice bed, full kitchen with a small cooker, stand-up shower, washing machine - everything necessary if you don't intend to spend the whole days in the apartment.

Prezadovoljan i smeštajem i vlasnicima, sve preporuke! As a solo traveler, I enjoyed my stay at this apartment very much. Everything was just perfect. The hosts are very kind and hospitable. They provided me with a drive from and to the airport even though I arrived a few hours later than I was supposed to due to the strong wind blowing the day I arrived. They even showed me and recommended some places I should visit in the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The bathroom was also well equipped, and I even had a washing machine in the apartment (so not the shared one with the whole building). I usually don't have luck with the shower while traveling but in this apartment it was perfect! In the room and the kitchen, I had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The host even left me wine, a beer can, juice, and drinking water. I also enjoyed spending time on a big balcony which had a nice view of the mountains and I could even see the sea. I would recommend these apartments to everyone!

Would be great to have a toaster.

Everything the hosts were extremely helpful, Anatoly took us for a drive to show where restaurants, groceries etc were located. Over 8 days our towels were changed every 2 days, rubbish daily,. When we left they gave us a gift that's after already leaving, wine, beer, water, and chocolates in apartment. Best place we have stayed in terms of cleanliness and service.

Very attentive and polite hosts. Anatoly helped us with tourist registration, drove us around in his car, and showed us all the main places in the city. Super clean apartments (kitchen, bathroom). Good Wi-Fi. Got the room just like in the photos. The hosts were very hospitable. We were greeted with a gift of a bottle of excellent local wine, chocolates, juice, tea, coffee, etc. Excellent service. They took into account our requests for a heater, provided blankets, and took out the trash every day. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back to these apartments next time.

Just book this apartment if there is still an opportunity. You will not regret. This is one of the best apartment complexes I have been to in Europe. The biggest plus of the apartment is it's hosts. They are very caring, helpful and thoughtful. They care about everything. In the apartment there are extra towels especially for the beach, cezve, whisk, toothpicks, sunscreen, umbrellas, all cuisine stuff you use at home etc. Also in the garden there is a nice barbecue zone.

I highly recommend this place! The hosts were wonderful, helpful, and always concerned about my comfort. As I am traveling by public transport, the host even offered to take me places in the Tivat city area, and he was so kind to take me to the bus station on the last day. You will not be disappointed!

Would have been good to have TV in the bedroom rather than main room.

The flat was spacious, had a nice balcony with view of sea and mountains. Was spacious and clean. Had good facilities. Owners were very helpful and always available and happy to help.

I definitely RECOMMEND giving Apartment Viktoria a chance. Firstly, the people who welcome you are full of love, attentive, and always there for you. Even inside the apartment, you feel the warmth of home. The apartment is beautifully decorated and functional, especially if you're planning to stay for several nights. It's very close to Porto Montenegro, and parking is easily accessible! The staff regularly checks if everything is okay and if any assistance is needed. You can enjoy a beautiful view of both sunrise and sunset from the balcony. When we were leaving, we even received a gift 🥹. Overall, I recommend this place primarily because of the genuinely loving people.

Nice and clean apartment in a quiet area. Friendly and helpful hosts. Short walking distance to Porto Montenegro and Tivat city center. Nice beaches and good restaurants nearby in the Seljanovo area. We especially liked Big Ben, Ponta Veranda and Soul pizza studio.
