The Hotel is in a perfect location, staff were friendly and very helpful. Delicious food in their restaurant, I loved having breakfast every morning and enjoyed dinner, coffee and deserts in the courtyard area of the hotel restaurant in the evenings. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so memorable . I had the most amazing time during my stay. Will definitely go back there.

Bit of difficulty with the parking. We chose the hotel solely based on parking provisions as we read it is difficult to park in Kotor but the staff told us it wasn’t available on the day we arrived. They ended up giving free parking and kindly providing staff and a trolley to help carry our luggage but only after a lot of insistence.

Excellent location. Got a room upgrade to a junior suite which was incredible. Very spacious, amazing shower. Comfortable massive bed. Decent included breakfast which we ate outside in the square.

The stay at the hotel was at a very high level. Especially, I would like to emphasise the work of the receptionist, who was always ready to help and answer all questions. The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of breakfast was also at a high level. Breakfast is implemented by a menu system. The hotel is located in the most unique area of Kotor, so all landmarks are within walking distance. We will definitely come back:)

Breakfast was a bit slow in the morning.

Everything about the bedrooms was amazing. Big, clean, high quality products, amazing bathrooms. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful even keeping our luggage and even calling some tour providers (especially Mariliana and Lea). The location was amazing, right in the centre of the old town in Kotor. Very good breakfast, excellent quality with a big variety. Great bar and facilities in general.

1) whilst it wasn't a plague of wasps, we were having to clear many wasps out of the room each day. How were they getting in, we didn't leave the windows open. 2) We reported our walk in closet light not working, it was not fixed, and no feedback was given.

Excellent location within the city walls. No more than a 10 minute walk to anywhere in the old town. Plenty of bars and restaurants, and the hotel restaurant was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Would recommend for a short break.

The robes were not soft. People ate quite late and since the rooms were directly above 2 restaurants it was usually loud until 11pm. The curtains in the bathroom were a bit see through.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Location right inside the city walls. Had robes and slippers available in the room, a desk, plenty of outlets.

Parking is scarce outside the walls and we had to carry our bags for quite a distance
