It was a little further from the town center than we thought but it was a beautiful walk along the sea to get there so we didn’t mind.

It had such a lovely view of the sea and the man running the hotel was so nice! The rooms were big and there was a kitchen!

We liked everything!

The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay in Herceg Novi. It was amazing. The room was quite big and had a nice balcony with seaview.

Balconies of some rooms are close to each other - inconsiderate guests in neighbouring rooms may have an impact on your experience! A healthy breakfast option would be nice, although I must admit the strong and tasty breakfast did keep us going for a good part of the day.

The host was very kind and generous, the sea view from our room and also from the breakfast area is just magnificent and we really loved how it was just a few minute walk to get down to the coastal promenade 😊 Lovely place, we had a great time here!

It was not mentioned in the description that the terace is shared and not totally private. But at the end it was not an issue. The stove for cooking could be updated.

It was a nice stay with a family with a daily room service. The view from the bedroom door was amazing. The apartament was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and conditioner. We received cake from the host every morning, that was very pleasant.

The cleaning was OK, like in most other places in Montenegro a deep clean would be good ( like dust and spiderwebs and the corners in the shower). Internet a little slow.

Very good location, only 100 steps to the beach. The appartment was good for a few days. The mattresses were amazing!!! We slept so well. The aircon worked very well. Parking was good too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone going to Herceg Novi..

Loved the owner who was so friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent with parking as well. The breakfast was both delicious and plentiful. Our room was clean, large and we loved the sea views from the balcony.

The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional, they were very helpful and ready to give advice on anything. The breakfast was exqusite. Room looks exactly like the pictures. Good value for money. Location was great also, quite close to the city centre and the beach. Would definitely come back.

Small family run hotel, upon arrival we were met by the owner with coffee and strudel. We had a lovely 3-night stay, air-conditioning was working very well, the room was clean, and the distance to the beach promenade just a couple of stairs down. Home-made breakfast with a variety each day. Also, I am lactose intolerant and they provided almond milk <3 We had a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony, and we dried our swim clothes and towels there every day. They came back smelling like the ocean! :) Walking distance to the old city. They helped us arrange a transfer from Tivat airport, and to our next destination in Montenegro. Overall hospitality was exceptional.

A big breakfast with a few courses of different local food, coffee, water, juice. All very tasty. We had an amazing view from the balcony, room and breakfast area, I wish we could stay much longer.

In this garni hotel you immediately feel welcome and at ease. The owner is a charming person who is there to help you in a amical way. You do not have the impression that this is "commercial" friendliness, this is real. He also had nice stories to tell. We had a room with a balcony and view on the see ... wonderful! Breakfast is perfect, local and very tasty. You can walk down the stairs next to the building to the promenade, it is just perfect!

My only criticism was the living area and kitchen only had access to natural light by having the main door open.

A great location with a fantastic view from the garden and the bedroom. Being so close to the promenade where there was lots of good eating places was a bonus. The beach was very close as well. The owner was very hospitable with coffee and some food on our first morning and driving us to the bus station. The cleaning of our room and changing of linen was a bonus during our 2 night stay.
