the room is spacious, everything is new. the rooftop pool is a nice place to.chill. the hosts are very friendly and nice. they did everything they can to ensure a nice stay. although there are some minor problems, i m confident that their place will be a great place to stay and i wish them the best with their business in the coming peak season.

The night shutters wouldn't close on one of the windows. It's a pretty steep walk back if you go anywhere on foot. However, you have everything you need at the hotel and a little grocery store for some drinks is pretty close.

The location is a bit far from the busier streets, so if you are without any kind of transport or vehicle it will take a bit of effort.

The hotel food was great, unfortunately we came before the season started so the restaurant wasn't fully operational. I saw others comment how there isn't much diversity for breakfast and in truth there wasn't, but what was available is really good with a little variety in pastries. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service! I would love to come back again if possible. I encourage you to enjoy the view either from the hotel room or from the restaurant/lounge-pool area it is definitely worth the visit.

The place is amazing, very very clean, rooms are very comfortable, the staff is always there for you, big thanks to Ema, she is a wonderful host! I highly recommend Lobby Freiburg, quiet and comfortable hotel, the food is delicious, swimming pool very clean, and the View of the ocean is mesmerizing. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰🥰 a lot of parking space and safety there is at highest level!

The owners and the staff are very friendly, we felt very welcome at Hotel Haus Freiburg. The room was great, really big with a great view. Bed was comfortable and we good some good nights of sleep. We booked both breakfast and dinner, food is really good. For breakfast you have a buffet and you can ask for eggs- scrambled eggs, sunny side up etc. For dinner you choose from a few different options in the morning, it will be freshly prepared in the evening. The quality is very high and it were big portions. Overall we had a great stay, highly recommended!

Poor breakfast, regularly missing breakfast components, breakfast started with delay, people were waiting. Building construction almost in front of my appartment, noise starting 7:40 am - hotel should inform. View from my bedroom directly to the wall! See view very limited. Receptionist could not find our room - we were walking following receptionist with luggage visiting different buildings and floors! Even to get wifi password is a problem at this hotel

The personal at the pool was doing nothing at all, we arrived there the first day and there were no pillows on the bed and he just sat there and watched us pulling the big pillows on the beds. He was also listening to super loud rap music through the boxes and even after asking it took him half an hour to change it. There were quite some things he could have done like we would have loved a drink or the pool top layer had quite some flies but he rather toggled on his phone… the younger guy was super friendly though. All over the facilities were great but for this price we expected a bit more perfection, the glasses in our room were not replaced, we had only one coffee mug, the breakfast was okay but really not special, sausages and eggs were sweating under a warmth plate, not much choice. The hotel has everything to offer a bit more but is not doing it right now for us.

The location is quite a while from the city center by foot (uphill on the way back to the hotel). Nothing major and that's a minus on my end for not doing proper research. The sauna, albeit advertised did not work. A bit pricey but I guess it's like that in the majority of Ulcinj in 2023.

Really nice staff (perfect English, however some staff could not speak Serbian/Montenegrin language which is odd considering the hotel is in Montenegro). Very, very spacious and clean room. Pool in the hotel. Great breakfast!

The hotel was closed. We waited 1hour before the door. We called on the number a lot of times. And we still didn't received our money back!!!!!

We had a super nice holiday at the Hotel Haus Freiburg. The hotel absolutely lived up to expectations. We feel extremely comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The food was delicious and most of the guests were super nice. The owner personally took care of our well-being. He was extremely polite and very courteous. We already miss the hotel and have decided to book only this hotel out of all the hotels in Montenegro.

Walking distance is not big but a bit steep. If u have a car takes 2-3 minutes to reach the plazas .

The staff was very kind and the property is very comfy. There is parking space andthe pool is amazing . The best beaches in small plaza are close to the property.
