It was all good for us.

Very welcoming and friendly staff and the owner. Always gave sound advice if we had any questions. The apartment had everything we needed and was perfectly clean and equipped for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children in our case). It also had a safe where you can store your stuff and cash safely. The nice advantage of the apartment was a water pool located right outside our doors and windows. Our children could swim in it while we were preparing lunch or relaxing after a morning trip to the sea. There were only a few other people using the pool besides us, so in terms of noise from other people there were no problems at all, plus after 7pm the entrance to the pool is closed to people from other apartments. The hotel has washing machines that you can use when they are not busy and a clothes line outside where you can dry your clothes. Don't forget to use clothespins when drying your clothes because it can be very windy at night ;) It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, but we preferred Kamenovo beach with its fantastically clear water, which is about a 30-minute walk away. The return trip is always 5-10 minutes longer as you have to go uphill :) The nearest supermarket (Mega Market) and a bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away as well. A very pleasant surprise was that the supermarket (NOT THE HOTEL) cooks the meat you buy from their store on the coals for free! Highly recommended!!! The grill is located on the left side of the building, and you just need to present a receipt from the store to get this service. Money saving tip for EU bank card holders: in Montenegro you will probably pay a fee to your bank for each payment or ATM withdrawal, so it is better to withdraw money within the EU, take it with you and keep it in a safe in your apartment. We have already lost more than 40 euros when we discovered all these problems. Withdrawing money from an ATM in Montenegro will cost you an extra 5 euros.

I do recommend this place! The apartment was very, very nice. We had a room for two people with tarrace, private bathroom (including towels and hairdryer) and small kitchen (fully equipted) and air con as well ( included in price). The property has swimming pool as well - very, very nice to chill, cool - it was like 1.6m deep and big enough to swim for a short distance. Location was very good - to Budva 40min on foot, seaside 10min, close to markets small and bigger. The whole property was really clean and well-kept. Easy contact with nice owners. The price is suitable for what you get! I would love to come back there one summer! :)

Nice apartment with great sea view. And we liked that stuff of apartments registered us in their own system and we didn't go to the tourist center to pay tourist tax. Its huge "+". And also we liked pool. Sea and beach is located close to apartments.

Everything was great. It’s very clean. Good location. The hosts are very nice and friendly. You have a convenient store right by the property. It’s really nice as they have all you need for some small stuff. Couple restaurants are 5 min walk. So it’s very good! Rooms are very good size. I had a room with a view - so it was wonderful.

I took a transfer from the airport to Budva, and back to the airport. The owner Alexander met me, brought me, told me everything, showed me where to go to eat, which restaurants are good, then I took a bicycle and went to St. Stephen. I highly recommend it!! It was like home! 🇺🇦

The pool apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and the pool yard was a welcome refuge from the bustle of Budva when we needed it. Sasha was very welcoming and helpful at all times, and we are really grateful for them accomodating us. It has a really friendly family atmosphere.

Parking is difficult. If you dont have luck you should always be available to change parking place. Cleanliness could have been better. There was mostly a sewer smell in the bathroom... Fridge freezer part was very small. Beach close, everything else is away. There is not much to see in Budva, everywhere is hotels. To reach other cities you should calculate with the traffic.

The beach is close. Quiet neighborhood, sea view is lovely. Small shop is front of the building. Apartment size is perfect for two people, well-equipped. Pool looks good, but we havent used. Receptionist was available if we had any questions.

We were very pleased with our stay and experience. The apartment was exceptional - very stylish and all looked and worked well. Hosts and staff were very nice and helpful. The wifi worked very well in all places on the location. The swimming pool area was very good and clean. Not long walk to the Becici beach but even better to take a early drive to the amazing Sveti Stefan beach and take the morning swim there.

Garage is so tiny. The apartment is on the slope and you have to make an effort to reach it. On the other hand, there is a small shop next to the apartment and you can buy there many things.

Pretty good wifi connection in the room. Big balcony. AC available all the time. Warm water available all the time. Completely equipped with all necessary things for two persons.

Ventilation in the bathroom should be much better (there was a bad smell from it).
