Breakfast was very limited. The pancake maker put out a uncooked pancake. Please update breakfast options. A waffle maker would be nice. Pool was nice just very shallow. The 3 foot section should not take up half the pool. The fitness room did not have any pulley weight machines that were shown in the site photos, just dumbbells and cardio machines.

Very, very clean hotel, nice staff. Good location and quiet. Hotel manager spend time talking to us about our stay and was very nice and professional.

The bathroom was not clean. There were some used wet towels hanging on the shower rod. Shower curtain had mold. Bathtub had hairs. We checked in late and stayed one night only so we didn’t bother to complain. Breakfast didn’t have good selection and not having enough food.

When I arrived I had been traveling since 1130 am and at check in which was really quick and convenient I think it was about 6 or 630pm? I had to use the bathroom immediately and there was urine on my toilet seat. I had to clean it to use it...then I headed out to buy room necessities including sanitary cloths for cleaning...when I got back to unpack I realized the 3 drawers I was going to put my clothing in were dirty...crumbs and hair were in all 3...there was also an exceptional urine smell each time I opened the bathroom door ..I placed a towel over the drain in the middle of the bathroom around 2am and it seemed to fix the stench.I didn't notify anyone of any of this...I didn't need someone disrupting me to clean or moving me while I was exhausted and only staying 3 nights. The bed however was WONDERFUL AND CLEAN or I would have had a complaint immediately. It's good that I wasn't a snooty business person. And great that your friendly staff made up for it.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly!! The pool area and gym and dining all amazingly clean...excellent food options and even though pricey, it was great to be able to buy frozen foods or snacks 24/7

We got a room with a sofa bed which we did ask for. The sofa bed was not comfortable

Left behind a short-sleeved linen shirt in room closet. Took several calls to hotel to see if it could be sent to me, I was finally emailed a form to have it shipped...for a whopping $27! Was told it was company policy and the ONLY method for returning. Probably weighed a few ounces. Item could have been placed in an envelope and mailed for a few dollars. I declined, but it was disappointing. Such a small courtesy would have made a huge impression.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable, ssfe and clean. Breakfast bar was kept well stocked and immaculate.

I wish that there were real dishes with breakfast. The styrofoam plates feel like camping. I am sure breakfast would taste better on real dishes.

Although breakfast was free, I would have liked to see more variety in bagel selection & an additional toaster would have helped get everyone's breakfast a little faster.

As a senior, I really like the higher commode & the lower tub to step over in the bathroom. The bed was very supportive and comfortable.
