Bed sheets were quite old and not the most comfortable. Also pillows were the ones that are not not for sleep but decorations. Had multiple under to be able to sleep. Conditioner is right on the head so it is not recommended to sit with it ON to not get sick.

Great value for the money and perfect location. 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to bus station and all needed places. Clean and very nice and friendly host

I like the position of the house. Good value for money. Ľuba was very very nice and caring and happy to help and advise us on anything. If I went back again, I would pick again same place.

Our air conditioner was right above our bed so we couldn’t sleep so well. It felt cold.

Luba was soooo sweet. Even we can’t speak English we could still communicate. They helped us with our problems.

The parking situation around the premises is rough, so if you're going by car, it's going to be a struggle to find a parking space. Just do what the locals are doing, find a patch that looks like it isn't blocking anyone's way in or out and you're good.

The location is around 15 minutes away by foot to the beach and there are plenty of supermarkets, bakeries and pubs available nearby. The room is pretty clean with a bathroom, mini fridge and closet with a safe. There is sadly no "kitchen area" available, however we didn't need one. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

I liked the most the location. It is near to all important facilities in Budva: the beach, the old town, the supermarkets. I also liked that the room had a balcony. It was quite enjoyable

It was a lovely property, owned and operated by a wonderful woman who was so kind and attentive. She always greeted us, advised us well, and helped us whenever we needed something. It felt as though we were family guests and not tourists. The location was very central, and the room was clean and tidy with a spacious balcony.

Wifi coverage at the top floor was very weak, but it's very good if you catch a bedroom in the mid to lower floors. The shower was a bit unstable so hard to keep warm (but in the summer it was not a problem).

Price paid in June was amazing, the room was clean, we had our own bathroom, balcony with clotheshanger, AC and hairdryer. You can easily reach city center and beaches by walking 10-15min. Around the property there are many food options, a big supermarket and it's 15min walking from the Budva bus station. The host was a very nice woman who welcomed us and was always available at the building to help us (even though she didn't speak english, we were able to communicate in german) Overall this was a great place for us, I recommend.

This place was super cute and had a great view. Good hot shower and great wifi for working. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to all the better restaurants than down by the waterfront. We had a lovely stay. There was a language barrier with the host but she explained everything perfectly for us to understand! She was great!

The parking can be a problem. You just need to be creative and park to closest place around the hotel. You need to walk around 15-20 min to beaches but it was not a problem for us. Also the lady who takes care of you at the hotel doesn’t speak any english. But after you get in your room there is not much problems to talk about.

Our room was very clean and bed was really comfortable. There is everything you need from a small apart hotel. Also it is really good for the price.

it is written that they accept credit cards, but they don't have on property! Alina (manager) was trying to charge my card several times, and she blocked my card. I told her to pay by physical card and she sent a strange guy outside of my door without any document of the hotel or the travel agency DSA group asking me for money. Because I refused to pay to this unknown guy, she threaten that she will complain to booking for me. she wrote that she will call the police if i will not pay this guy till 22:00, and I am drunk and junkie. This is unacceptable for a loyal guest, She care only for the money and even I paid the day before she sent me the receipts the day after, not the day i paid and i asked for proof of the payment. Booking didn't assist us, even I was on the phone for two hours and the whole team is telling that i have right, but nothing. Just disappointed.

The apartment was good. Not something special, but Ronia was an amazing hostess! She did everything for us. She assist us with the issue that we had with the "manager" of the property and we feel that she understand us. If you want to book, because it is very close to the supermarket and walkable distance to the old city, book directly with Ronia! <3
