The beds were squeaky. Aircon in the lounge only but none in the rooms.

We loved the location and that there was a pool as it was very hot. Blackout shutters were great.

Needs update and warm lighting not daylight globes. Better beds and to fix some issues around the place. Only a single bathroom for a three bedroom apt.

Nice area, very happy and very helpful host and close to the old town and shops, clean, quiet and big apartment. Parking, washing machine.

Says its air-conditioned but there is only 1 split system in the lounge and none in the bedrooms, so at night the bedrooms were very uncomfortable (this was during the heatwave of '23.) The main bedroom and bed are small. Is a few years old and a couple of cracks starting to show such as the shower head bracket had broken off and not been replaced.

Great location near the Oldtown, and our 4th floor apt had magnificent views over the old town and the bay from the large balcony. Good size lounge/kitchen also

Air conditioning only in the living room, in the 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, one bedroom has a window but to the corridor, so it was stuffy and there was no fresh air ;-(

The hostess is extremely nice, helpful and smiling ;-) quiet neighborhood, close to the Old Town - the most beautiful part of Budva - wonderful evening walks with music and fireworks, the nearest beach is Ricardova Glava, rocky, atmospheric and peaceful - rather for adults, much further to Mogren Beach, but it's worth it. Close to the market, shops, restaurants, pubs, going back a bit uphill ;-) clean, spacious, big balcony, we even could use the pool.

Parking is difficult and must be reserved in advance. Some things inside need to be repaired and brought up to date.

The location is good, close to the old town. Space is generous and the AC works great. The outdoor terrace was a big plus.

One thing that could be better is kitchen equipment, for example it could be more glasses, cutting board and so on. We were there in group of five and the cutlery was prepared for four :)

The location of the property was fantastic, close to the old town, the most famous beaches, bus stops and relatively close to the bus station. The owner of the apartments is incredible nice and helpful, she recommended us places to visit and showed how to get to best restaurants and bus stops. The view from balcony is amazing.

The fully equiped kirchen had one glass and one cup, as an example. Curtains were hanging loosely, the cushion pillows were dirty, the shower door was missing a bolt...

Three days before arrival they sent a message asking me to cancel the reservation made over one month ago. I mentioned to them I wouldn't cancel and they should find a solution as the prices at the last minute used to be more expensive and it was their responsibility, so they replied I could do whatever I wanted but the apartment wouldn't be available. In the end I had to book another flat, of course, at a different price.

The door to the terrace could not be closed (it was broken!)-everybody could get to the apartment as it was situated in the level -1. Next to our apartment were some drunken people who could easily get to the apartment. Totally no help from the host-never seen, at first when we arrived contact by phone, then no answers to our comply due to broken doors. View from the Windows (from 2 bedrooms) on the wall (no sun). Curtins falling down. Water in swimming pool dirty and cold. Blocked shower drain-water could not flow. Fungus under shower. No place for car on the parking-we had to block other cars.

I liked everything

We loved staying here. The apartment was beautiful. it was large, very well equipped with plenty of blankets, a kettle, and plenty of towels. the Host was very accommodating and let us store our luggage in another room during our last day while we explored. My friend also left her rings in the bathroom by accident and she was kind enough to save them and put them under the mat where we stored our luggage. Location from the old town was excellent, all you needed to do was go down the stairs and old town was right there. grocery store was very close as well. If you are walking from the bus station, you walk down a hill so be aware that if you walk back to the bus station, you have to walk up the hill. I would 100% recommend staying here

Unfortunately, I can't join wonderful reviews about the gorgeous view from the apartment, because host decided not to accommodate us in an apartment with a sea view. We lived at ground floor. He explained that we don't have enough time for enjoying the view, because we have just one night and came in the evening (8.30 pm)! I was shocked by messages from host. Sea view was the main for me, but I didn't get it. Apartment is normal, big. But I and my family didn't want to spend time in the apartment, just sleep. Many breakdowns, strange window to common corridor in bedroom, no blankets. If you look for cozy place in Budva, I recommend NOT to live in The Old Town Terrace Apartment.

The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming upon entry. The kitchen had a few items available but I would not consider it well-equipped.

Location was great, right next to stairs that take you to the heart of Budva. Apartment was minimally-equipped and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

I liked the apartment , it was very beautiful but we didn't sleep well because at 03.00 o'clock it came a group of guys that made a lot of noise outside our balconi and they stayed on the pool for 3 hours. So we didn't sleep from 03.00 o'clock at 06.00 o'clock. We couldn't close the doors of the balconi beacause didn't work so we couldn't let nothing on the apartment cause anyone could get in.

really nice place in the heart of budva. the location is really close to the beach and old town. supermarket in 3 minutes by walk. also really nice stuff which helped out with all of our questions
