The AC wasn’t really stable or making cold, but we slept well and it didn’t actually matter in such a lovely place.

The best accommodation in the capital of Madagascar! I highly recommend you to stay here if you are in Antananarivo. The best food ever, you should try the popular zebu steaks. Stuff is adorable and amazing, they are so caring and lovely so it feels like you are staying at your aunt‘s place. And the best thing is the city view from your balcony. It just looks like paradise. The hotel itself is beautiful as well, rooms are clean. I rate this place 10/10 and if I will ever come to the Antananarivo I’ll stay here.

Such a wonderful find! Art everywhere, and etherything is done with the upmost taste and care. The Best Boutique Suites in Madagascar? Wonderful restaurant downstairs. Gourmet dinners, served at a high level Phenomenal personal care from the entire staff. . The head waiter even walked me 700 meters to a store to help me find a bottle of rum! Lovely views of the city. They arranged our taxi transport which was very helpful. Highly recommended.

No fridge in the room and lots of stairs. Out of the 3 rooms only the 2 have a view. The 3rd one is blocked by a tree. So ask for the correct ones.

Pretty much everything was great. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning and nice windows. The beds and pillows are cool and you have options. Excellent wifi as well. At least when you stay there you must eat. The food was the best in Madagascar.

For the price of the room, shampoo should really be provided automatically. However, we found this to be a typical omission in Madagascar. It's also a good climb up many narrow flights of stairs for those who may be physically challenged.

The most luxurious accommodations we stayed at. Our room was as big as some studio apartments. Huge, palatial bathroom. Amazing views of Tana. Restaurant was pricey but among the best in the city. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Outdoor deck is lovely. I recommend the very reasonable transfer to/from the airport through the hotel.

Great view, aircon, lovely big room with comfy bed , TV and balcony. Restaurant downstairs very good. Staff very helpful. A well run establishment. Free wifi, large clean ensuite shower room, lovely decor. Nice views over the lake and high up so gets a nice breeze.

The waik down the street to the main road/business district is unpleasant at first, but is short and everything you need is close by.

View was spectacular off the terrace and breakfast is huge! Room was spacious, comfortable and the shower was one of the best I've experienced in Madagascar.

This is a guest house, on a small side street adjacent to an area that feels very unsafe. Smokers from the dining patio below was bothersome. Parties on the patio loud until after 11 pm. Despite communicating our desire to check out early, we received no response, no staff were present at 0600, so we locked up, left our key at the front desk and departed. We were met by host at the gate, and he summoned a cab for us, and we left. No mention of payment, etc. However difficulties with our payment occurred (they had NOT charged our card and supposedly couldn't without the physical card in hand), and a staff chased us down at our new hotel and requested a cash payment on the spot as we were having breakfast with our group. This was embarrassing, and my spouse ended up paying for a taxi back to pay with our card. Had they simply responded or planned for our departure, this could have been avoided. Taxi that was called was literally falling apart and very felt unsafe. Cost us extra money to go back and forth to take care of this. We are sorry this happened, but it certainly could have been avoided. Unfortunate for all.

Arrived late. Good communication to assist with our check in. Staff very friendly. Beautiful grounds. Large room with a fireplace and furnishings appropriate to a historic building. Great view from balcony overlooking patio with lake views. Lovely place to sit on balcony and relax. Breakfast was very good.

We were a little cold in the room at night. In the morning, we took a long time to prepare breakfast. But all of this is not critical. The hotel can be recommended to guests.

Poor breakfast: no eggs, no oatmeal, no cheese or sausages. High price (in my own opinion). No kettle and tea in the room.

It was great! The owner and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was good, the rooms were very comfortable, and they have 2 cats! The little terrace outside was wonderful in the sun. I absolutely loved staying here and will do so again next time I am in Madagascar

Room was very good and clean. A great balconey with wonderful view. Easy walking to main part of town. This is a small place (3 rooms ) over a french style resturant which is excellent. If I return to Antanarivo this is where I will stay.

It is really a guest house, so some of the usual hotel amenities are not available; not a problem, but it does not have an elevator and requires walking up stairs (not an issue, except my wife had a knee injury). Porters/staff carried cases.

The food in the restaurant is exceptional... top notch.
