    it s good but the internet thing needs to be fixed ASAP.

    The tv did not work yet I asked the staff two times about it and she said she was going to send someone but that someone never showed up. the internet barely worked too. it was disappointing because that was the reason I chose this place among many others that were cheaper.

    we shortened our stay from 1 night instead of 3 as we didn't want to stay any longer in these rooms

    Bungalows weren't clean, we had to clean two toilets ourselves before being able to use them (I don't have that picture, I wanted to use the toilet not making photo out of it). Smelly pillows, plastic wraps around one bed mattress. There was nests of ants in the bungalows. The locks of both bungalows were troublesome and tricky to close. The resort facilities are in general abandoned state with very little maintenance. We preferred to pay 1 night and booking.com commission for the 3 nights to move on and solve things fast. Unpleasantly I got notified by booking.com that after leaving and having paid they changed our booking to only 1 night while I had been speaking to the manager/owner to resolve things as best as possible and this option wasn't presented to me at all. I hope the little extra money they got from us will help them improve their facility. But I have my doubts.
