Very comfortable, quiet room. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed being able to utilize the facilities down the street at the Radisson blu.

Service for drinks, food and towels was lacking and slow around the pool area.

So close to everything you need. SO safe. There is always clean free water to drink and usually free fruit to snack on. The wifi is amazing, beds and sheets comfortable. Exactly what you would expect with the Raddison.

The hotel charged me in the wrong currency by mistake. As a result I paid more than what I should have because the conversion they used was not the conversion rate of the day. And thankfully I have an online bank so I didn't have extra charges from my bank. Still, from a hotel of this standing, I would have expected the difference to be reimbursed as it was clearly their mistake. The transaction should have been canceled and done again, or at the very least they should have offered to be reimbursed by offering a coupon on the restaurant (which I suggested). But all they did was to give a complimentary drink that cost 4usd, which was far from what I paid extra.

The hotel is really beautiful. The terrasse is so nice, close to the water and the breakfast is delicious. Moreover, the staff was very nice and kind.

Beautiful boutique hotel, with a very nice garden and terrace overlooking a little lake. Breakfast is served while the sun rises and shines into the restaurant, coffee is very good and the breakfast buffet has a lot of variation. The restaurant serves good food too and the room was spotless, with a very good mattress. I will be back!

There are no towel racks, so the many folded towels (and blow dryer) make the sink area look crowded and leave very little room for personal toiletries. Management should consider installing overhead towel racks for the fresh towels and another for drying the used bath towel (They had 3 hooks, but those were already taken up by my shower cap, toiletry bag and bathrobe). It would be great to have a small table on the balcony.

Clean rooms with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, but I especially loved the pillows! There was airport pick up and drop off with the hotel's shared shuttle (though I was the only passenger both ways). The staff were friendly. Even though the Radisson Hotel has no gym, one gets access to the gym (and infinity pool) on the 8th floor of the Radisson Blu next door (3 or so minutes' walk away). Radisson's pool was also great to use. They had a jazz night at the main Tamboho restaurant, and the zebu steak was also nice. The waterfront where the Radisson and Radisson Blu hotels are, is a complex with residential houses and has a mall and food court, so you can get your shopping done, go to the cinema or try out the restaurants. The waterfront is also green and beautiful.
