Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location is excellent in an interesting part of Tana. The arrangement of having Bamboo cabins inside a larger dorm room is something I have never seen before and really liked. Nice communal area to relax in. Good value for money.

Everything that backpacker needs for 5 bucks :) suprisingly private dormitory (beds look like litle bamboo houses, so you don't see other people), great and helpful owner, good location, nice atmosphere, clean shower. I felt safe and comfortable. Good wifi.

Great location, nicely arranged interiors, lots of plants, a lot of space, a terrace, cool, large bamboo beds in the dormitory - cabins giving a nice atmosphere and the manager Ricky - very sympathic, helpful and friendly, you can always count on him to help in case of any problems. In general, the whole team at the hostel are very nice people

PortugalHard to communicate with them as no one speaks english. There is no wifi whatsoever, so I had to go to the hotel in front in order to check-in for my flight for example. Most of the beds have no light of a plug to charge your electronics. I had to go through a tiny little hole between the bed and the wall to charge ny phone. There is no hot water, so they give you a bucket with hot water and that is you get. On top of that, the bathroom was not very clean, there was no toilet paper and it seems like there is only one bathroon for everyone in the olace (includong the people who manage it and live there). The towel they gave me was dirty, it had actual multiple black spots on it. The children of the owners (i suppose, not sure if they are the children or not) slept on the beds behind the bunkers that are all in the same room and were quite nosy making it hard to rest.
The space it self was nicely decorated, well located and has a lot of potential. The staff was okay and helped me get a taxi when needed. The bamboo bunk beds are quite bif so lots of space within your cubicle.
