A lot of missing items from the cocktail list and slow service at the restaurant on some of the day.

Hotel looks better than expected, with an excellent restaurant. Staff was really accommodating and helpful when my flight got cancelled and had to extend my stay. They accepted a voucher from Tsaradia too, which made things easier. Excellent value for money.

There was a table in the corridor where the staff put the dirty dishes from the room services, they'd leave them there all day long (we stayed 3 days, and every day the same). Only one people of the hotel staff was helpful, the others only did the minimum required.

The room was nice. Ask for the room at the first floor with the garden view, they are nicer. The restaurant was good and its staff were kind. There was enough choice for the breakfast and it was good.

Too much soft bad, but it is subjective. English breakfast is like bean curry soup with sausage and potatoes frites...this is definitely not the English breakfast.

Hopefully the hotel has future plans to include a pool on their extensive premises.

A good breakfast was included. It was most sufficient for filling up before a day of touring, joining a tour/trip, or flying. The area around the hotel is safe to walk for banking, groceries, and restaurants, but going to see most anything will require a taxi, as there is nothing of interest in the immediate area. The complimentary airport transfer was welcome.

English language at the Restaurant should be improved and its understanding could have been better. Please have better english speaking staff for the restaurant.

Very close to the airport and extremely convenient. The hotel arranged airport pick-up for us, which went so smoothly. The rooms are very big, extremely clean with lovey linen and aircon. The buffet breakfast is a bit small, but still lovely. The restaurant at the property is extremely convenient with some nice dishes. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return.

Location is really just a few km from the airport. Friendly staff, great kitchen and comfortable room makes it a great place for a overnight before or after your flight.

The two main issues we found with the hotel was the lack of an elevator, hefting large suitcases up 3 floors can be quite a challenge, and the restaurant. The staff of the restaurant wasn’t forthcoming at all, even with important needs such as allergies regarding certain foods.

The hotel is close to the airport so very practical for a lay over, they also offer a free shuttle service. The rooms are very clean and quite spacious with simple but nice furniture. The team was also very fast in responding via booking.

Having clothes washed costs a lot per item!

Comfortable beds & spacious rooms. Nice shower & consistent power as they have generator backup. Great buffet breakfast. Easy to get bus & taxi short walk from hotel. Hotel arranged free airport transfers. Pleasantly surprised.

Toiletry amenities are limited. I felt so cold in the room. No extra blanket in the room but I never asked for one.

This is one of the best hotels in the area. very clean and comfortable. it lacks some amenities but good enough to stay for a group trip.

best first stop after arriving in Tana (near the airport): clean and big room, good restaurant take a walk toward town you find nice shops and good restaurants staff very helpful: helped us find a car for renting at a reasonable price (booth at airport a no-show)
