We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

VietnamNot walkable to market; Pool area did not have non-sand surface and no ability to wash feet off before going to room; Air Con was weak and did not really cool the room down much. Cabinets in room were not really designed for easy access.
Location was nice and beachside; Staff was available and cheerful; Staff was very helpful. Room was clean; Restaurant was nice; Good service on booking day excursions. Room was comfortable and spacious.

ItalyWonderful location, great staff! Everything was perfect. The restaurant is the best in the sorroundings. Very clean, apartment is very large and curated in every detail. Great overall organization, it has been easy to organize excursions too thanks to the availability of a boat and local guides. The staff is very kind and gentle: they let you feel like you're at home in within a nice family.

United KingdomThe only thing that could improve would to have some loungers for laying in the sun during the day! (Currently deckchairs which are wonderful to watch the sunset but not as practical during the day!)
The staff at Swisscoco Beach were absolutely amazing. We are English speakers and they were so patient with us :) they are warm and kind and honestly made our trip! The hotel itself is new and feels modern, we had a swim up room which felt special! The food there was phenomenal, we tried many other local restaurants during our trip but the food from the hotel chef was by far our favourite. We would strongly recommend staying here! :)

FranceThe restaurant doest not have lot of choices in the menu. The road (500m) to access the hotel is dirty but nothing that the hotel can do as the road does not belong to the hotel.
I like the view of both swimming pool and the sea at the same time from the balcon of the room. You can just seat at the balcon of the room, see the superb view, ear the waves singing and let the time goes.

Beautiful room, pool and location in a quiet bay. Very peaceful with very friendly staff. Easy to get onto the next bay for more choice of restaurants and to change money etc but it’s a bit seedy there. Ambondrana where the hotel is located is not like that at all. The beach is stunning and all the locals super friendly. We were there to dive and there were 2 centres within a 5 min walk. The room was comfortable with a huge bathroom, hot water and the swim up pool.

Normaly i dont leave any comments on booking but here i cant hold myself back! This hotel really made our vacation 10/10. The location couldn't be any better. Rooms were super clean. Food was delicious... but the best part was the stuff. They are one of the kindest people we met on madagascar... especialy the owners. They make sure you enjoy every second beeing there. If i ever come back to the island it will be because them! Absolutely recomend you this hotel!

The rooms were very large and modern. Our room had the swim up pool, which was a wonderful addition. Fred, the owner, was very attentive and was in contact with us for our whole stay. The night we stayed there was a thunderstorm which kept cutting out the power; Fed kept ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible, especially as the AC couldn’t be used

AustraliaEverything. When we arrived & gate to the hotel was opened - we were surprised to see the reception area is next to warehouse & we saw some ladies washing dishes outside & the water run everywhere. We went to the, so called, meals room - and it's just a a shack & far from looking hygiene.
Nothing of this hotel that we liked. We made booking through booking.com. The overview of the hotel stated in the booking.com does not reflect at all the condition of the hotel.
