The bathroom needs a thorough renovation, water was leaking from under the sink, moldy borders at the spa and the drain was smelling. The balcony should also be swept sometimes. The air conditioning was working worse this year.

Excellent location, almost free sunbeds by the beach, friendly staff.

Room hygiene is at a low level. The bathroom in my room was in bad condition, water leaked from the shower. Dinner is properly prepared, but more or less the same every night.

The location of the hotel and the beach are excellent. Waiters, receptionists, and beach workers are kind and ready to help.

The restrooms outside the hotels and the restrooms on the beach are not clean enough and some parts from the equipments must be adjust or replace with new ones. The one public shower and one of the water-taps in the front of the hotels must be repaired. The deck chairs on the beach, umbrellas and other equipment must be cleaned. The air conditioners in the rooms have to be repaired or replaced with new generation of silent coolants.

Location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean lawns around hotels and water pools as well as in the restrooms in the common areas into hotels.

There was no cleanliness, the breakfast was at the level of a 3-star hotel, the air conditioning is old, noisy and not cooling the room.

The air-conditioning was weak, it was very hot in the room. The receptionists were very slow, and not very polite, they were always talking on the phone, while guests were waiting.

Great view, large balcony, clean rooms, the pool is nice and not crowded. The beach is very nice, good bar and restaurant.

Food! Really bad 🤦 breakfast is ok ish, but the dinner is really bad. There is always few choices but food doesn't taste good, overcooked,dry. It's not bad place to stay just it's not worth to take dinner if you wanna nice food.

Hotel as it self pretty old, but still pretty nice. Rooms are not the best ones but for sleeping it's ok, very good size. We had a room with lake view and it's amazing 😍 only down size is the staff working in the morning in the garden 🙈 The pool is nice, decent size and got the bar as well. Plenty of space. The beach is the best part of this hotel, just amazing. Got sunbeds (not very comfortable, better ones by the pool), bar and little restaurant. And you need to pay for sunbeds (by the pool as well). Location it's quite away from the Ohrid so to get there you need a taxi, but on the left side there is nice walk by the lake (no pathway).

Water in the pool is ice cold. Sunbeds are charged on pool and beach (for hotel guests half price). Very old furniture, the bed creaks, sink cracked and clogged. No kettle in room. Very week internet in room.

Location near lake, with nice beach, and beach bar, and view from room. Quiet for sleeping. Breakfast is good, and restaurant is cheap. Staff is friendly. Enough parking.

Airconditioning broke on second day. Maintenence came to "fix" it but absolutely no change. Needs upgrading of system, especially in height of summer. Rooms are old and in need of renovation. Bathroom fittings falling off, drains were blocked and created strong sewage smell throughout the hotel. Pool also wasn't open at any point in our stay and closes early in the afternoon when it's not out of service.

Beautiful lake-front location, worth upgrading to lake view room where possible for the views! Rooms are a reasonable size for a couple. Breakfast inclusion was fresh and replenished often. Welcome gift on arrival. Comfortable beds. Lots of beachfront sun loungers and convenient bar/restaurant nearby.

Room furniture and specially bathroom is a little bit tired and could use a refreshment. Younger waiters could wait until we finish with breakfast before taking our dishes.

The location is great, we had a room with a beautiful lake view. Bed was very comfortable. Room was decent size. Balcony was quite big and you could sit and watch beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Sunbeds on the beach were very comfortable. The beach is right in front of the hotel and there are also two beach bars nearby.

We had to pay for the sunbeds on the pool. It says 50% discout for the guests, but only guests are allowed. There was no food or drinks apart from some beer and juices. On the beach restaurants, half of the food was unvailable since the didnt expect that many guests. And it was weekend.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was medium confy, but was OK. Pool and the beach are great.

Food at the hotel can do with some improvements, especially breakfast. Lacked attention and choice. Diner buffet style, reasonably priced but lacking on many fronts. Not clear about who qualifies for outdoors seating for evenining meals, some guests were allowed and others asked to use the indoors area. Pool and beach - additional cost for sun beds, if you use both you have to pay twice. This is basic hotel outdoor equipment and should not be charged additionally for. The cost could be added to the overall cost rather than having to pay additionally to avoid unnecessary frustration. The swimming pool closes at 6pm, too early. The sun beds are not cleaned.

Internet was poor with no use of it, missing restaurant working at the evening hours, brochures for events happening at Ohrid (festival program, daily tours for old city, tours around lake,...), poor and unpleasant access in and out of the lake from hotel beach, limited swimming pool hours, technical details (no ventilation in bathroom, only one key which shuts off electricity on charging devices when you are not in the room, etc.)

Kindness of the staff, readiness to help and answer all the questions, clean hotel, breakfast was also excellent.

Service was poor, some staff were nice (the older) and polite and others were plain rude. Food was mediocre, but plentiful. The hotel looks a bit tired. I didn't like that they charged the hotel guests for day beds at the pool/beach. So if you paid 100mkd per/day bed by the pool and wanted to go to the beach later, you had to pay there again. Their system for this was annoying and outdated. Please include the price for the day beds in the hotel/all inclusuve fee or stop charging paying hotel guests for day beds.

Very bad bed! It is very old and I had backpain after sleeping on that bed. This needs to be replaced.

The laying beds next to the lake were charged, althought the beach belongs to the resort (thats how we got it).. We got a discount as hotel guests, but still we were charged (no mention of this in the description). Internet was good only on the ground floors, it was really unstable in the rooms or on the balcony.

The location was good, it was really close to the lake and rooms with lake view have really nice view from the balcony. Food was also good at the hotel restaurant. Overall it was a really pleasant stay.
