How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

All was good.
Great place to stay in Skopje, close to city centre, private parking on site, receptionist very nice. Rooms are clean and big. Breakfast was good.

Not their fault, but the neighbourhood is rather run down. The hotel is well maintained, yet shows its age.
Location between the bus/train station and the city centre. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

There was a sound like running water all night but it wasn’t intrusive.
Clean and close to the center. The English speaking staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was really good. Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure.

There’s no hot drinks in the room, but reception will make you one during reasonable hours which we thought was a nice touch. The rooms felt a bit old and tired, but it’s very cosy. The way water is heated is a little strange, two people can’t have a shower in a row, as the second one will go cold. But these are minor details, I’d happily stay again, many thanks. :)
It’s a nice hotel, very nice staff, a really good location for sightseeing in Skopje, a shopping centre close by and also easy access to the bus station. Good breakfast with plenty of choice, felt safe, would highly recommend.

At first glance I couldn't recognize it as a hotel from the outside. It looks more as a sports hall or storage building.
Nice and quiet place, well situated and clean. We enjoyed it very much! Breakfast was good and our family room was big enough. ❤ Thank you! Will be back again.

Lot of building work nearby so approach with suitcase on wheels tricky also slightly off main road. Room was next to reception, handy in some cases but little noisy
Receptionist was excellent, room a good size everything clean and well presented. Liked location 15min walk from city centre, easy to find as along river. Also near to a mall and close to bus/train station

Only one small thing: breakfast can be improved just a tiny bit. Otherwise, it's the best possible bargain for this money in Skopje. Highly recommended!
The staff is always great, and helpful, the room is a good bargain, the parking facility comes very handy, one could use a sports oriented swimming pool free of charge.

Nothing really bad. The way to get to the backside parking is a bit difficult, but that is not really a problem at all.
I especially like the staff working at the hotel. They are extremely nice. All of them. Also the location is superb. You are at 10 min walking from the touristic city center. Just great!

The stairs to Reception: quite uncomfortable if you carry heavy luggage.
Cozy hotel located at walking distance from downtown and the main attractions, with a mall nearby. Fast WiFi, comfortable bed, breakfast more than enough for me. The swimming centre next door is great, even though hotel guests are able to use it at limited times only The bus from/to the airport has a stop about 500 metres away. Nice receptionists too!

It was a bit pity, that cigarett smell in the room has not disappeared even after changing the curtains.
This is a small hotel of a swimming center. Therefore you can use the swimming pool mornings and evenings and for free. Very friendly staff: when I told them, that there is cigarette smoke in the room, they changed the curtains. It has no helped much, but they would have been ready to change room, if I ask for it.

A good breakfast. The location is also perfect - less than 10 minutes walk from the city center. The room looks like outdated for some guests, but it is very clean and the bed was comfy.
