The location wasn't perfect in the city center, so it was a 20 minute walk. Which is completely fine and safe.

The mattress was very comfortable. There were curtains for privacy for each bunk. Lots of places to keep your stuff as well as a locker for each bed. There are 3 bathrooms for the hostel and I was never waiting for someone to finish. The ladies who work there were all really nice and knowledgeable about the area. Lots of great info! It's a short walk to the bus station. And about a 15 minute walk to the old bazaar area. It's a lovely riverside walk to old town and doesn't seem like 15 minutes.

If the hostel is full, I could imagine you might be waiting for one of the few bathrooms, but wasn't really an issue when I was there (out of season)

Staff are absolutely lovely (especially Filiz (sp?) and her adorable dog). Location is handy for the bus station, down a bit of a side street - quiet neighbourhood. Walk into the city centre is about 20 minutes along by the river. Beds decent, with privacy curtains. Helpful with local information and recommendations, and the manager may greet you on a Sunday morning with an offer of rakija at 1030! 😂

The spiral staircase is very tricky to get up with a suitcase and would be hard for anyone with mobility issues to use. In high season you'd have to wait in line for the bathroom.

Very handy location near the bus station (less than 5 minute walk) and just across from a shopping centre with a big supermarket. About a 20 minute walk to the main square in the old town. The staff were so lovely and it had a nice cosy vibe. The bed was comfy and everything was clean.

Amazing staff (Misha, Andrej, Ivo) who are very friendly and helpful. The hostel has a great atmosphere for relaxing and meeting other travellers. My favorite hostel from my European travels. Great location (accessible from airport bus/main city bus station). Close to the city centre and local attractions.

I hit my head on the windy stairs.

One of the coolest hostels in the Balkans. It's very conveniently located near the bus station and only 15 minutes walk to the center. But what makes this hostel so great is the amazing staff. Every single one of them were helpful and fun to hang out with.

Only 2 showers for the whole hostel which can cause some waiting time in the morning.

The hostel is located close to the bus station (5 minute walk) which makes it perfect for those who plan on travelling from and to Skopje. The staff is very friendly and the hostel has a cute private courtyard. An "unofficial" breakfast is also served everyday (coffee, fruit, cereals).

Missed shelves by the beds and also mirrors in the dorms. Kitchen could have been a bit cleaner. But these are just minor things.

Very cosy place, friendly staff and easy to meet other travellers. Loved the free breakfast, tea, coffee and fruits. Very conveniently located if you're coming by bus and close enough to the city centre. Big plus for AC and the possibility to buy beer and bottled water.
