The room is smelly. The smell of fermented food left in the room filled the air, making me feel sick and throwing up all night. There was no hair dryer, and although there were two people staying there, there was only one amenity. The room is also small and not clean.

The location is very good. You can walk to many of the restaurants listed in the guidebook, and there are convenience stores nearby so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. It's also safe.

No soap in the bathroom (apparently this is hotel policy), no TV in the lounge area, TV in the bedroom wasn't working, bed was quite hard, a foldaway bed was propped up against the wall right outside our room door, dirty pillowcase on the bed. We attempted to tell the receptionist upon departure of the issues with the room. She was very dismissive of us. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and certainly would not stay here again. It doesn't offer value for money..

Fantastic location, friendly staff. The hotel is downtown which is great for walking. The hotel bed was comfortable (softer than most Mongolian beds), the room small but everything you need. Good water pressure in the shower. I left too early for breakfast but they arranged for a sandwich for me to take with me. Very good value for money compared to nearby hotels. Would stay here again.

Carpet in the room should be refreshed. Management is not attentive to details. The TV was not working in the room, there was no light bulb in the floor lamp, there was no battery in the floor scales, the "tropical rain" shower was broken. The breakfast room is a bit cramped. Food is replenished late. The price is a little too high, taking into account all these disadvantages

Locafion of Hotel 9 in central UB is excellent for sight seeing. Attached Mongolian restaurant was good. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and generally the hotel is fresh.

Not much selection for the included breakfast and little variation day-to-day. Traffic in UB is terrible, and some taxis didn't want to use the street in front of the hotel, saying during rush hours it would take 2 hours to get out.

Located near the city-center and just a block north of Sukbaatar square. Hotel is atop a Mongolian restaurant and several restaurants are nearby. Ditto access to some excellent museums. Good sized room if a bit tired.

1. This hotel is quite old. You can tell it from the furniture, carpets. The carpet in my room was very dirty. I would recommend them to change it. 2. The food quality at breakfasts was so so. No proper bread, no toaster.

Great position for the center of the city .good breakfast and very good bars and restaurants with this hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and helpfull Rooms very comfortable and clean. Would definatly stay here again.

Excellent accommodation experience. I extended my stay for 2 more nights. Few steps to Sukhbaatar Square. Receptionists speak fluent english and are very helpful. They helped me to arrange a tour. I would choose this hotel again. Thank you!
