Lifts don’t always work and we were never explained how to use it

It's quite noisy in the nights. But my friends and I had an issue just one night and the rest of it we were mainly out and about so not too much of an hassle.

The pools and the facilities are located in the annex building of the hotel. Residents need to take a different elevator across the reception that is located within the mall. Although the distance is very short (maybe 20 meters) but still it is a bit of unease to go through the mall and take the elevator. But as said above, the positives related to the location, the staff and the views balances and top it all :)

The property location is very central and one can travel to various spots in Malta via short cab rides from this hotel. But the amazing factor that this hotel has is the staff. The staff went over and beyond to make our days specials with their lovely interactions and gestures especially celebrating our special family day. The Bekini roof top pool is also a great location to enjoy the Malta vibes. They gave us a good room with a view and balcony😀 Special thanks to Suresh, Hanifa, Loradena from the reception and Birendra at rooftop BeKini pool for taking care of us during our visit. Also thanks to Ammaera, Pooja and others at Fornelli for all the assist during the stay!

The building/construction around, noisy and the location is run down not what I expected as in a shopping mall.

It’s a lovely property. Although the area is quite run down. I wouldn’t stay in this location again. The staff were lovely especially Yasmin. She’s a lovely girl with great customer service.

The hotel is located in an area full of pubs and clubs so it can get very noisy at night.

The hotel staff were amazing, polite, and always greeted you with a smile. We requested to potentially change our room because on the first one we could hear music from the street, and the hotel staff immediately provided us with a room on the opposite side of where the noisy pubs are. They even sent a champagne to our room as a thank you for our feedback, and on our last day we found a goodbye note with cookies and liqueur in our room as a thank you for choosing be.Hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is great.

I don't have any particular negative comments about the hotel because my stay was successful. But it seems to me that the hotel should consider the possibility of diversifying the breakfasts during the week, which were very good, but a bit monotonous for a longer holiday stay, such as 7-14 days. It is worth considering this seriously due to competition in other facilities. You can't rely on the fact that guests will come anyway, because there are more sunny days in Malta than on the mainland, there are many competing destinations within 3-4 hours of flight.

This was our second stay at the beHotel and we are really pleased that the facility once again met our expectations. Great location near an intimate sandy beach with bars, which in the case of Malta is not so obvious due to the cliff nature of the island. It is worth emphasizing that there is an excellent swimming pool with a bar on the roof of the hotel. Near the hotel there are clubs for people who love nightlife, it can be a bit loud, but after all, we are talking about a holiday destination, everything for people looking for a break from everyday life. It is worth emphasizing that the hotel staff was very committed to make our stay successful. Martina Calanna, who worked at the reception, helped me a lot with changing the room due to the need to choose the right bed for my son. It is very nice to deal while you are on the vacation with a committed, professional and always polite person, it is an added value for the hotel and gives a sense of security to the guests, I have no doubt about it. At busiest times, like right after breakfast, needed to wait 15 min for the elevator. Were almost late for an excursion because of this. Could use clearer signs to stairs as we found one but it didn't lead to anywhere, just like to the basement 😀

Very good, central location, close to beach, shops, party street. Very clean hotel, great breakfast, great staff. The roof pool was amazing, super view, super staff, just like in the pictures. Very convenient that reception is 24/7 as we checked in and out at night. Reception staff arranged everything for take away breakfast, as we were leaving to airport at night, even though we asked too late for it.

Excellent facilities and pool area with a great view, nice welcoming touches with complimentary local snacks and soft drinks in the room, delicious breakfast with a lot of options and a very friendly staff.

The beach nearby is not great. But not the hotel's fault and you can easily reach other nice beaches only 20m, by Bolt. The only annoying thing was that the staff called the room almost every day asking if we need anything, which can be disturbing if you are sleeping for example.

Excelent hotel overall. The rooftop pool is amazing. Very Friendly staff. The room was impecable cleaned everyday. Very good breakfast. Excellent location within walking distance to a broad range of restaurants and bars and night clubs. Highly recommended
