We booked a superior twin room with sea view, which was ok. But was very dissatisfied with the quality of the room, the door was broken so there was a constant draft coming in. Maintenance tried taping it on the first go but that was disastrous very noisy. They came back a second time and taped the door completely shut. wasn’t offered a new room or anything for the inconvenience.

what’s was good about Dolmen were the facilities on site. The spa and indoor pool was amazing. The breakfast was good, lots of variety to choose from. The cleaning staff were all amazing and fantastic. They kept our room tidy whenever requested.

the continental breakfast was top class but sadly the English breakfast was always stone cold and practically inedible a well placed microwave would have solved the problem and i was amazed none was available

Location is very close to the shore and promenade. Breakfast is variable. Indoor swimming pool is nice. Kids club is available. Kids spent a great time with animation ladies.

2 waitresses were talking plates away from us while we were still eating while plates were half full. These waitress were coming every 5 min to check if we finished, so we were pressured to eat quickly and leave. That felt like they wanted us to leave as soon as possible. And that happened every time they were on their shift. On the other note, other waiters had pleasant manners and were nice and helpful.

It was a very well located hotel with free public parking and a paid parking place next door.tge hotel is big with plenty things to do there. Lots of indoor/outdoor pools, spa, training facilities. Had really lovely lunches and dinners. Staff was nice and we could see that they are making an effort to make our stay pleasant. The restaurant staff was exceptionally nice helping with to get food for a picky child. Our room was huge and clean. Sunday lunch was just amazing. A huge variety of salads, seafood and deserts We enjoyed our stay.

My room had a visible gap down the outside of the window frames on the patio meaning it was noisy and a bit blowy at night as the room overlooked local shops and restaurants. The windows were fixed in position so the gap was always there. There was a written feedback card pertaining to a precious customer in my room when I first got into my room, and there was no information about breakfast, meal times, facilities etc in the room.

Stayed many times as we find the hotel room very comfortable and spacious. We usually book on bed and breakfast and the breakfast that is served is really good with a big selection of food. The place is always kept clean and members of staff are always close by to help you should you need anything. The location of this hotel is very central, seafront and just round the corner from the main bus terminus. I recommend this hotel without a doubt. Well done and keep up the good work.

The hotel DOES NOT offer free parking. We were asked to pay eur5 per each car for a 24hr stay in the carpark. It's not much, but one would expect free parking in a hotel. Other than that, nothing to complain.

Wasn't my first time in this hotel. We always like it. There is not much to complain about the hotel. It is good value for money.
