Although it was nice, I think it was lacking the 5* hotel feel in some areas - pool bar service was slow, there was no freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast, decor is a bit tired in places, the private beach could be cleaner (there were pieces of plastic all over the shore).

The hotel is clean, the facilities are nice and clean, the buffet breakfast and dinner offer good variety, plenty of sun loungers available by the pool and in the private beach, staff is helpful.

Poor security level with some areas where not only the guests of the hotel are allowed to enter.

The hotel premises have everything you need to enjoy the stay. Indoor and outdoor swim pools together with spa and gym are right at your disposal. Rich variety of foods and vegetables offered to the breakfast.

Absolutely nothing! This place is as perfect as it gets in our experience! We are already planning to return in the Fall.

This Radisson Blu Resort is incredible. Everything during our stay was perfect! The staff is super professional and friendly! Our room was very nice. We had a small kitchen, just perfect for chilling soda and re-heating leftovers or cooking a meal. Breakfast was hard to believe, easily over 100 choices, included in your room price! The Deli store, where you can buy snacks, frozen pizza, sandwich supplies, drinks was very handy and the prices were great! The views from the pool were spectacular. The private beach was sandy and the water was so clear! The restaurants were very good and the prices were an excellent value. I can't say enough about how great our stay was!

The only thing i didn’t like was how the Maltese managers treat the staff. I’ve seen this appalling behaviour at many establishments in Malta & Gozo now & its v shocking & disappointing to see & hear how they exploit & treat the people working for them. Please tip staff DIRECT also & to their hand or they wont be allowed to keep it. 🙏 Maltese - please think about updating your behaviour towards your workers, it puts a bad name in Raddison’s.

Nothing much to criticise: Breakfast opened at little later in my opinion, during peak seasons I think parking would be a nightmare as there wasn't many spaces. Anyone booking should be aware that there isn't much in the area surround the hotel.

I loved the room which has many facilities. Good variety of choices of dinner within the hotel. I ordered at the restaurant and took it back to the room, food was very nice and of a good quality. Check-in was easy and staff were very good and explained everything. Checkout was easy too. This stay exceeded my expectations and i would considering coming back again.

The breakfast was amazing - so much variety to choose from! The hotel itself and the staff were friendly and hospitable. Furthermore, the location of the hotel meant that everything I wanted to see in the city was easily accessible to get to. 100% recommend for all who come to Malta to stay here!

A fantastic hotel with exceptional service from an army of attentive hotel staff who will do everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. This is our second visit to this hotel and we will be returning again for a third time later this year.

The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean and so was the rest of the hotel, even the outside dining areas. As we were there celebrating my boyfriend's birthday, we were also offered a cake and made especially for his dietry requirements. We had room service, food was good and dined at the Agliolio Restaurant were the staff were friendly and the food was delicious. A stay I would definitely recommend.

Its a huge hotel outside the city. Surrounding nature makes it perfect if you prefer tranquility and relaxation. This complex has everything ….. pools, spa treatments, saunas, shops and restaurants. Indian restaurant had superb tastes. Rooms were nicely decorated and well equipped …… minibar, ironing table, slippers, cupps & glasses were all there. Also bed and pillows were extra comfy. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in the Sands Tower Suite which was exceptional - it’s huge, photos do not do it justice! Didn’t need to leave the room as it has a huge terrace with sun beds and a sea view.

If you stay in t the hotel in the evening, not many things to do.

Amazing. My kids and I had an amazing stay in the hotel. The swimming pools, the access to the beach, the sauna, the rooms, all of that made our stay really great.

The only thing to mention is the Italian restaurant- the food is rather good (with exceptions, absolutely dreadful risotto), but the stuff, or maybe rather some waiters seem to be almost upset they have to work there. A jarring difference from the rest of the hotel stuff, who, once again, are wonderful people through and through.

Wonderful localisation in the middle of nothing where you can walk and walk for miles. The hotel itself is big, but not overcrowded. Our room was spacious and comfortable with an outstanding view from the balcony. The stuff (mostly, but we'll get to that) helpful and attentive. Breakfast desrve a special shout out. Everything one can need yet without that feeling of wastefulness you get in some big resorts. Wonderful omelets. Also, the stuff at breakfast absolutely polite and welcoming, making every day a bit brighter for the guests (I sadly don't remember the name of the older gentleman welcoming people at the door, but he was an absolute joy to talk to)

There is no kids/baby swing in the playground. The kids room is hardly open and not much for the kids to do other than the beach and those couple hours of kids clubs. You can hear other toilets flushing in the bathroom which was slightly disturbing.

The staff were particularly amazing and the beach was lovely. The room was quiet at night and comfortable. The staff helped us a lot and were really top notch.

The food at Agliolio had nothing to write home about.

One aspect that I found disappointing was the inconsistency in enforcing the rule regarding the indoor pool's designated adults-only time between 13:00 and 16:00. Despite this policy, on a Saturday afternoon around 14:00, there were still families with children present, causing noise disturbances by shouting and screaming, and even jumping in the pool and hot tub. It was only after some guests expressed their concerns at the spa that a member of the staff intervened. Consistency in enforcing rules, such as the adults-only time and the prohibition on jumping/diving during other hours, seemed lacking.

The breakfast at Radisson Golden Sands was excellent with a wide array of choices available. The room was also clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff were attentive and accommodating, providing helpful assistance throughout our stay.
