The only compaint I have is that we booked a taxi through reception and the driver fleeced my niece the meter was not working and he charged 900 rand ion what should be been a 300 rand fare at most..He was verbally aggressive.I would have expected the drivers would have been vetted by the reception staff.

The view of my apartment was the only let down of the stay, on the booking it stated mountain view, but i got a unit on the ground floor without a real view.

The apartment was amazing, the location is also great! A bit of a walk to the shops but the area was great. I really enjoyed the clean, spacious apartment.

The check-in process is a mission. Why bother with online check-in, as it makes no difference. The staff promised a second key, that they did not have... Be prepared for the maze of parking and apartments. Easy once you figure it out.

There were not enough blankets for the room.

The reception was easy to find. All things were explained upfront and the deposit paid that they require was returned when we checked out.

Some technicalities made the stay uncomfortable: the air conditioner in one bedroom was making lots of noise and the one in the other bedroom was not working properly. We slept there for 2 nights very uncomfortable. Location and apartment itself was beautiful but the stay was not the best because we couldn't get proper sleep.

Beds and sofa very hard. I wouldn’t call this luxury accommodation by any stretch - the location itself was though, with views of the waterfront and Table Mountain. Several small snags but they weren’t sorted out despite calling several times. Reception staff were very helpful though.

Taxis seemed to find it difficult to locate the reception area for pick ups when we were checking in and when leaving on our trip. On other days you could use the barrier entrance near the Cape Grace Hotel end which worked better.

The power backup system made a terrible noise during the hours of sleep. The unit of the bedroom should have a separation panel to avoid any noises from kitchen dinning area. It’s more like a studio apartment than a one bedroom apartment.

General staff attitude was good but two (don't remember names) were not that helpful especially when looking for the way to the main entrance. They were not clear in their instruction/guidance. But we eventually found our way, and once we found the way to the main entrance it was easy. But it could have been better explained.

Great location with easy access to the waterfront area in Cape Town. Although quite busy, the complex was quiet. Many tourist attractions nearby, or close to tourist office where trips could and were arranged. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to travel around the Cape Town area.

Couldn't turn bedroom light off from bed. A bedside lamp would be good.

Great location by V&A waterfront. Easy walking to ferries, tour buses, restaurants and shops. Grounds beautifully kept. Very safe. Staff helpful. Apartment cleaned every day. Big quiet and comfortable bed. Wifi good.

Each apartment is different so pot luck with finishing Our bathroom was quite tired but everything worked well Quite a long checkin process Oslo would only recommend for 3 nights or more.

Great location especially if you have a car as very secure. Apartment was spacious decor a little tired but all facilities needed were there. Very quiet at night.

The location and the apartment. Staff and management were amazing and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much. Assisted us in finding our sunglasses which we left behind and getting them couriered to our next destination. Everyone was super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Load shedding restrictions. Check in.

Very smart apartments near waterfront which is prime spot in CT. Some provision made for the load shedding in the apartment but became very restrictive for us using appliances when needed, however I guess that's how it is in self catering accommodation at the moment in SA. Also slightly complicated instructions for check in which may be restrictive if coming by taxi. So for this reason we opted for their airport shuttle. Overall a great place to be.

The double bed mattress was uncomfortable and sagging in the middle, it felt like it had seen better days! Toilet in the ensuite dripped constantly and the shower in the second bedroom could not drain properly. We had requested that both get looked at. The shower was attended too on 3 ocassions and we were assured each time that it was fixed, but it was not, as a result we were left to use one shower. No one attended the toilet at all. We gave up asking after a while. There was no safe for our use in the room as the only safe,were were told, was the owners personal safe and was locked. The glass doors to the ensuite in both bedrooms left no privacy and this was a problem each time someone wanted to use the bathroom.

The apartment was spacious and well furnished. Great outlook over the waterfront with spacious balcony to enjoy the view from. Security was excellent. Front office staff were friendly as were the security staff.

Safe environment just a short walk to the Waterfront. The apartment had all the utensils and facilities we required. The staff at Waterfront village were so helpful and special mention to Abby, who was always available to assist with anything we needed assistance with.
