Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineWe were so happy to stay in this hotel. Everything was a high level. The hotel is situated in an incredible walking location next to the best beach in Malta with beautiful sunsets. It has excellent breakfasts and just amazing views. Sauna with stunning view is great. And the most important thing in this hotel is people (the service staff), who love this place and surround us with their care. They are very well-mannered, polite, attentive and caring. Our deep gratitude to Sweta at the reception. She is just fantastic! And she has done everything for us here to make us feel at home and we had an exciting time with your help. Thank you very much. You are the best.

A stylish getaway apartment for the family. Beautiful en-suite for the master bedroom. Its private access to the beach was very convenient. The Indian restaurant was one of the best that I have tried.

AustriaWe went in Feb so keep that in mind when reading the following. Two of the restaurants were closed due to low occupancy. We found the kids menu pricing a bit high. Firstly your a bit stuck for options, nothing much close by especially for dinner. Our kids eat different things so it was 25 euro for two kids dishes that they only eat half of being 4 and 6 years old. We asked for a pasta, no sauce, half portion. Still got charged 11 euro for it, so full price for a standard portion. Indoor pool is on the cold side for Feb. Would be nicer for all if it was 1-2 deg warmer. It was one of our criteria for booking here in Feb. Shop was poorly stocked bllut ok for a bottle of water.
Great suite/family room layout. Team of outstanding, international, friendly and competent staff from the reception to the restaurant and cleaning staff. All had a smile and all could not be more helpful. Easy beach access, nice pools and gym.
