No toiletries and no tea replacement in the room. Some staff were inexperienced and didn’t handle themselves well (one member sought the need to explain to me what choux pasty should taste like when I didn’t like the dessert and thought it as dry - having eaten it at many Michelin star restaurants).

Property was excellent, food was divine especially at the terrace/bar and the different pool levels were fantastic! Allowed for peaceful holiday

This is a resort that thoroughly deserves its 5 stars. My second stay and chose a luxury suite on this occasion which I highly recommend. The staff work hard to make your stay as good as possible. I’m already looking forward to my next visit

One big problem is the spa area inside the hotel. Local people come to the gym and swimming pool, I had to turn around a couple of times and go back to the room with the children. Too many people who are not guests. You need to make an improvement and solve the problem.

We had a wonderful vacation, the hotel is very comfortable and modernly decorated. Srdjan from the reception is very professional, kind and always willing to help. The breakfast is at the level of the best hotels in the world...

The pool was hot on hot days.

The breakfast surpassed our expectations. Everything we tired was absolutely delicious. The staff was beyond helpful and always had a smile on their faces. We looked forward to talking with them everyday. Over room overlooked the ocean and it was breathtaking. We were thrilled with our stay at the Westin Dragonara!!

Reception staff were unsure of the days that different cuisines were provided, sometimes got conflicting information!

It nearly was perfect; one minor issue: the steps of the ladder entering the sea were full of seaweed, which not only looked weird, but also were dangerously slippery. Unfortunately the bigger stairs, leading into the sea, were shut down.

Excellent location; directly at the beach. Well trained and charming staff. Nice lobby, pool bar; enough sunbeds for everyone. Beautiful rooms.

Beautiful hotel with a really welcoming lobby, the staff were so friendly and lovely with our kids. Incredibly spacious hotel rooms tastefully decorated. We very much enjoyed the heated pool and the breakfast was a big hit!

Inconvenient that local taxis could not be called without disconnecting wifi from our mobiles.

Club room was an excellent facility. Hotel easy taxi ride to Valetta and important historical sites. Most importantly the staff were well trained and motivated to provide cheerful and very helpful service. In particular, George (concierge desk) gave excellent help and advice on local travel etc. Tayisha made our visit to Palios Trattoria a real pleasure.

Breakfast felt a bit underwhelming in terms of healthy food selection, the staff was not trained well. A simple question like "which brand of coffee do you have" should be answered promptly, no need for the manager.

Lovely location that is just in the center, but rather quiet due to the way it is positioned. There's more than enough parking space available, the staff was lovely.

Breakfast selection was really nice, staff were more than helpful for any requests constantly checking up on us. The room was very nice very modern.

This Hotel is 100% Recommended, excellent location, Absolutely Impeccable Staff, the facilities are beautiful and its restaurants are 5 Stars. What stands out the most is undoubtedly its staff, all of whom are super attentive and willing to help at all times. Special thanks to Ahmed.

The hotel was great. Fantastic location by the beach with beautiful views. Many great restaurants at the located nearby marina. Nightlife available 5 min walk however far enough for those who want a quiet secluded place. Hotel and its facilities are excellent, clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful.

The presence of loud/rude guest from UK, easy to guess by accent, who did not know how to behave and how to be polite/show appreciation to the Staff or at least try. Embarrassing - some of them should understand they were not alone there.
