SpainEverything was acceptable.very nice hotel. Don’t worry about the music from the entertainment bar as on second floor it was not disturbing. Good clean, well appointed apartment in good hotel.
Location was good as dive shop was below hotel. Sea front was only a short walk where restaurants and bars were available. Apartment was of a good size, bedroom and bathroom had no windows but were adequately lite. Kitchen in apartment was adequate and well equipped.

United KingdomThe hotel contacted me in advance to say that my room didn't have natural sunlight in case I wanted to upgrade. I didn't bother, figuring I would look at the room first and hopefully change there and then. But when I checked in the only rooms available were the much more expensive apartments, so I had to stay in the room I'd booked. As the hotel says these are rooms that are really only suitable for a few nights because there is no outside window. But the price is very good and reflects this. One thing though is that if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep before midnight this probably isn't the place for you to stay because of the live music in the bar every night. But despite this it is a nice hotel.
The reception staff could not have been more helpful. Alison, Olivia and especially Teadora - Teadora went out of her way to help me on more than one occasion - getting me cream to rub on my jellyfish sting. Also it's a nice touch to be offered a free drink in the bar as part of the accommodation package.

Very good staffs! This hotel is the good music bar for the local people weekends. Our room was 105 located on the live stage. It was too laude. If you want to enjoy the music and drinking it would be not problem and cool. If you need to sleep early and quietly, you should ask before.

Czech RepublicThe room was quite wet, towels and swimsuit were not able to dry. Also the air has "cellar" feeling. But you could expect because the room did not have any sun light. (We were informed about it for more times before our stay :))
Breakfast was really good, nice bar and symphatic and helpful staff. Room was modern and nicely clean. The location is top, the sea is really close and nice views on rocks around. Good value for the price. It is cool Block has more rooms of various price categories.

United KingdomIt would be better if the notice was clear around the coffee. Although you get 4 free coffee pods and they ask for the use of bottled or filtered water, the water in the room is charged. So the pods are free, but the ability to use them isn't.
The room was really spacious, and it had all the amenities that you could want. Beds were comfortable and allowed a good night's sleep The inclusion of 2 free drinks in the bar is a nice touch

MaltaOnly the fact that the room was very tiny - no space to move around.
The hotel is very close to the sea, near a parking area. Room - we had the standard room, which happens to be in the middle of the corridor, it has a window in the shaft, it's not big but was comfy for us since we only wanted room only. Bathroom very small, we changed in the room for more space Breakfast - I was surprised about the different offers they had for breakfast. They also cater for vegans and for who loves to eat a healthy breakfast. They also offer 2 bedrooms apartment with kitchen. Thinking to hire one in my next visit. Reception - they prepared everything for us, and were very welcoming. They also offered us 10% on food. Bar - every night with a different entertainer

MaltaThis hotel is situated in a beautiful district of Gozo. Sea is near the hotel. Rocks are around. The rooms have everything you need (only one remark is small shower cabin ). Also the restaurant that is located on the first floor is very good with food and prices. Also in the evening they have music events. The staff are polite and nice. I've visited this hotel twice and i'm excited about it

MaltaThe rooms was very clean the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very good as well. you will find a small fridge the the Room filed with ma mini bar. You will find a coffee machine for those who like a cup of coffee or tea extra. In the evening downstairs there always something going on.
The Location is in the Center of Xlendi a few meters from the beach and restorants. Few meters from the Bus Stop or if you are by own car its centre for every thing.

MaltaParking is difficult especially during peak season since it is at a such great location, pillows were not super comfortable but found extra pillows in the wardrobe, and the shower is tiny (couldn't really open my hands to wash properly and I'm 56kg! But it's rather common in Gozo unfortunately). We were advised beforehand that especially on weekends there will be a DJ playing till late night and can be well heard from the second floor, so if early sleep is a priority, think twice. The 'lounge' at ground floor was packed though so it must be good! 😊
Great location right by the sea with various restaurant options, requested a higher floor room which they confirmed shortly after, overall good and comfortable room.

BelgiumThe only reason why I gave a “bad” score for hygiene: We knew the room wouldn’t have a window/natural daylight, but then you’d expect a good ventilation system. The room was really damp/moist/quite smelly, especially after a couple of days staying there. Besides this, the AC could only be put on heat, not on cold. They told us this was a hotel-wide setting because it’s winter. I honestly can’t imagine we were the only ones having an issue with the room being crazily warm. They provided us with a fan though, which made it better but it was quite noisy. Another thing: the reception staff was sooo friendly and we kinda felt like the bar staff missed the same training in friendliness the reception clearly did have. The bar staff kinda looked/sounded like they all didn’t wanna be there.
Price-quality wise, the hotel was great. It was very clean too. The people at the reception were really friendly! The food and drinks were really good and at affordable prices.
