I asked specifically for a room with a bathtub I get a first floor handicapped room with no lip for the shower.

Upon arrival, Heather was very pleasant and informative. Our stay was due to my Mother's death She was able to cater to our needs. graciously It was very much appreciated Later in the evening, it became uncomfortable We called front desk, the front desk attendant came immediately to take care of our complaint of cigarette smoke smell all night coming into our room from the adjoining room (such a ruckus they were kicked out at 330am ) was very upsetting and restless We were able to get some sleep in the new comfortable beds The kitchen attendant was very efficient and friendly. The dining area was very clean, and there were nice breakfast choices Handling her job with a couple of food grabbing unattended children, she kept composure and essorted them away from food, as they were handling, playing, and not eating food All done with respect and assertiveness In closing ... I say... Thanks for being accomidating to our stay of being comfortable efficient and friendly . I appreciate your staff

Place was having a much needed upgrades and I booked a suite and was told they don’t have any so I ended up with a regular room and payed the higher price advertised on booking.com. Sister in law just walked in and got the same exact room and payed 29.00 less. Plus you have to put a damage deposit of 150.00 to the bill. Refunded 2-10 days later

Location was good but the roads are a little confusing to get to the place the first time but not a deal breaker

Checkout is 11am. At 9am the cleaning staff is knocking on the door trying to get into the room.

There were some kids running around upstairs at night and hard to sleep. Someone took shower for 15 minutes and I couldn't sleep after 11pm. Also Someone was smoking in their room and smells very bad in the hallway.

The breakfast is good and very tasty.

Construction, they really need to let people know before booking a little bit of a reduced price would have been nice considering dust floor being torn up. And the noise.

Staff is always great. Luckily, they are, or my review would be much different.

The light switch at the door as you enter did you not work. You have to walk into the room and manually turn on all the indidual lamps on the room.

They did not complete the bathroom as they left the electric outlet out of the wall - which is not safe, that was in the king bedroom. They SHOULD NEVER LEAVE ELECTRIC OUTLET OUT OF THE WALL! Kids or handicapped people accidentally touch the electric wires. That is a BIG NO NO NO!!!!!

Two rooms connected for 5 of us. One King for me and my wife and another room with two queen beds for kids and an Aunt. Perfect!

The building was being renovated and there was no trim on our window or door. The toilet seat was missing a bolt so it went sideways, the showere did not have anywhere to hang the shower head and te hanger for your towel was not attached and hanging down.

The breakfast was fine. Lots of selections.

We had booked a room with 2 queen beds and a walk in shower for my son who’s in a wheelchair. When we checked in we were told that the rooms air conditioning wasn’t working. We ended up with a room with one king size bed for 3 people. Then to make matters worse we were charged for both rooms!

It was in a convenient location.

Hotel old and under refurbishing. Paint smell and noisy room. Heard people walking around upstairs all nite. Painting in the room not very professional. Paint all over fixtures and chrome.

The room @ a lot of gnats in it, and they were doing construction, and the breakfast was good but I think the sausage wasn't done all the way because something made me sick.

The light switches didn't work in my room. Only the lamps and the bathroom lights worked. The screen on the window fell on me when I went to open the curtains. The hotel phone also didnt work so i couldn't call the front desk.to tell them about all these issues

Under renovation, surprised on the first night that room with 2 beds was not available. Wet floors around the pool area, construction powder along walls. Manager was gracious to provide a 20% discount. Still overpriced for what we received.

First impression of the room was unpleasant as the carpet was disgustingly filthy and stained. The refrigerator in the room was one of those very tiny ones, not a bar size! The beds were slightly lumpy and one of the queen beds had a squeek. The light & fan in the bathroom operated with the same switch and the fan was loud. The chair at the room desk was so worn it's ready for the trash. There was a carpet holding an exit door open often, I'd have preferred if it was kept securely closed. The TV remote had no 'guide' button option on it which didn't allow a program menu.

Close to good shopping. Close to Bunker Beach water park. Close to good restaurants (Outback Steakhouse & Olive Garden). Fitness center available. 24 hour coffee available in lobby, flavoured cream too. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping always provided sufficient towels and garbage can liners as per my request, (having stayed four nights and not needing additional housekeeping services). The air conditioning worked sufficiently. Satisfactory parking was always available. The room curtains fully closed out the light.
