One of the rooms had an airco that malfunctioned. Unfortunately didn’t het fixed but luckely there was also a fan on the ceiling.

As mentioned the noise from nearby construction starts about 7.30 but we are early birds so not really an issue. I think it would be hard to find a place that didnt have this as there is alot of it happening in malta. The bigger issues is how noisy your neighbors in the rooms next door are.

The most comfortable beds ever!!! Lovely staff, clean facilities. The restaurant Avenue is great and serves wonderful good even though it's not in the building, it's only a minute walk away, we had two dinners and a lunch there.

Everything. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. We got a free of charge upgrade on arrival. Breakfast had a great variety of food and the location is absolutely recommended.

There is currently a lot of construction going on outside the property that starts very early in the morning so if you sleep with windows open it is pretty loud. The pool also does not get great sunlight in the afternoon because another large building blocks it.

The hotel was very nice! It was clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast had a good variety, and we were greeted with a a complimentary glass of Prosecco. The rooms were comfortable and very clean.

There is an enormous amount of building work going on in the area. Not the fault of the hotel but being woken after a long journey by diggers drilling ( it seemed) next to my bedroom was not pleasant.

Unfortunately next door to the hotel they are doing road works and building so very noisy from 7.30am.

The hotel is great. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is tasty and diverse. The biggest praise goes to the staff. Everyone is very friendly, smiling, and accommodating. During my stay, it was my birthday, and they surprised me with sparkling wine. Really nice! Great location, close to all stations and the sea. Highly recommended

Not the fault of the hotel but worth noting that some major road works are going on outside and my room was very close to it so I was woken up at 7.30am every morning to the sound of thudding going on outside. Not the same for every room though.

Room was lovely, Clean and very nicely done out. Bed was really comfy. Location was great. And the staff were lovely. I have nothing at all bad to say about the hotel.

Nothing really the fault of the Hotel however during my stay (Apr 24)there was a lot of building/roadwork going on close by and therefore associated noise but it didn’t really spoil my stay.. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just as small improvement I would blind the window to the toilet to not light up the room when your other half needs to use the toilet in the middle of the night. And maybe adjust the windows a bit so they close completely, which makes it even more quiet from the outside noises.

The hotel was very clean, modern and quiet. We had a perfect stay during our holiday. The staff was helpfull and friendly. There are a lot of coffee shops and the city centre on walking distance and we could park the rental car at the hotel so for us it was perfect.
