It could get a bit crowded over the weekend or public holidays. But we didn't really spend time at the hotel, we were out most of the time. If I spend more time at the hotel, I guess it would have bothered me.

The restaurant food was very nice and it was more cost effective for us to dine at the hotel rather than to dine at other restaurants. The location was perfect for us, we made use of the local bus transportation, the bus stop was just around the corner, and we were close to the supermark where everything was reasonably priced. We will definitely go back to Casa Cara Florida, and highly recommend it.

The reconstruction of the hotel is still in progress. A long repair of the shelter by the accommodation, after which no one came to clean up the mess after the repair.

We were completely satisfied in the hotel. Everything was great. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful pool. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Accommodation was beautiful, very spacious and clean. The staff was great. I hereby greet everyone and especially Mrs. Kantee. I recommend.

we used the hotel as a base for exploring the island and it served us very well because of the price, there is a lovely beach nearby.. the breakfast was very basic in terms of quality of products - this could be improved. Our first room gave to a car park but it was changed after we requested a change.

I think the only thing which did not expect was to provide our own drinking water in the rooms.

The staff are helpful and very friendly. Special mention to Kantee who tried her best to accommodate our requests. There were a variety of activities for my daughter. She loved the swimming pool and enjoyed playing table tennis and mini soccer. Meera from the restaurant was also very friendly. It is walking distance from the beach which is a plus too.

Breakfast could be better - not much variety of drinks and food, not everything was tasty. But overall - quite pleasant experience for it's price.

Nice hotel, has a really big territory with a lot of beautiful plants, trees and green zones, I also liked a fish pond. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was a little bit old, but tidy enough and it was cleaned every day.

There was nothing specific- for me the only thing was that the gym is quite outdated and some of the equipment was a bit rusty so I was cautious using it. But this is barely a problem for 95% of people as they do not go on holiday to workout - I'm just a bit of a gym nut.

The hospitality was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly especially many of the greeters for breakfast and mealtime, the wonderful Platima (and the other cleaners) and the manager herself Kantee who made sure that her and her team went out of their way to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. The room was very clean and the food was very good, especially for the cheap cost. The location was perfect - right by Pereybere beach which soon became one of my favourite beaches in Mauritius. The hotel also had a service to set up a transfer to the airport and coordinate excursions to see different parts of the island, and participate in water sports and other activities.

The property was definitely not recently refurbished but was comfortable and the breakfast was a bit hit and miss. There was an unusual smell from the cleaning products that lingered in the property which might be a problem for someone with asthma.

The location of the property was good and the staff were ok. There was a supermarket a few minutes walk away.

I stayed two night and as its hot I requested to change my towels I called reception she said every two days thet change the towels so I have to use wet towels to dry myself. Not convenient as I have kids n. As it's hot we were taking several showers

Staff did not advise of dancing night on Saturday and we went out looking for same. Sofa in room was torn and not usable. We stayed 2 nights but did not get clean towels on day 2 even after asking.

Hand towel was not provided. A hair dryer should be made available in the room. A better shower outlet to be considered. The restaurant food was not good. enough. Provision should be made for light lunch such as sandwiches
