The property would need a major remodeling or investment, repairs and paint job. Level of maintenance has been mentioned in some comments, and I confirm this is the weakness of the villa we stayed in. I would also recommend a tad better cleaning of the kitchen (all glasses were a bit greasy, as were the cupboards and worktops in the kitchen) however, the overall cleanliness was good. The property is located right on the waterfront, and there is a main road just behind, so it can get a bit noisy during some nights - especially if you are staying the 1st floor master bedroom. Maybe a better sound insulation if they decide for a major remodeling would be a great opportunity to sort this out. Also, the kitchen would need a new set (and better quality) of cookware, smallware and utensils. The breakfast served is rather basic - just a few items, basic quality, and same every day but then the supermarket is a 2-min walk from the villa and you can get all the fresh food and produce there so definitely not a huge issue for us. So, all in all, despite some minor technical issues i’ve mentioned and the overall level of maintenance, none of these issues were a dealbreaker for us. On top of that, the management really did their best to sort out all the issues that arose during our stay. We’re not petty and usually don’t let such things draw us down. I mean, if I am staying at a 5*hotel dealing with such things would be unacceptable. But the combination of the location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious villa, great kids-friendly beach, and the price really made it for us!

We’ve spent 10 days at one of the villas as we were two families of 4. The location is superb - everything is at hand: the supermarket, greengrocer, pharmacy, several (good) restaurants, atm, taxi station, diving centre, two or three foodtrucks at the public beach… It’s all literary on your doorstep. Also, even though being right next to a public beach it is still rather quiet and private, you have access to a beach that is almost exclusive for the Beachclub guests. The beach is great even for small kids: clean, fine sand, no currents and safe to swim. The villas are spacious, with generous master bedrooms, great patio and outside area with plenty of room for kids to play with a shaded terrace just above the beach. The Beachclub management and their staff are super nice, communicative, helpful, friendly and welcoming. If there is any problem, Fatmah and her team will sort it out for you. Also, they are happy to provide any information regarding trips and recommend you where to go, what to see and will also assist with booking a taxi (or arrange a full day trip with a private driver), airport transfers etc. The management even arranged a private chef to cook a traditional dinner for the whole party - needless to say the food was authentic and delicious! The compound is guarded overnight and we felt safe. Also, the night guards are nice guys and if there is any problem (not that there was any during our stay), these guys will go an extra mile and sort it out for you. Mind you, the villas are not new, and there might be some minor technical issues such as the A/C stopped working for us in one of the master bedrooms (leaked gas probably) but the management dealt with it promptly and provided a quick solution until it was resolved by a repairman. We’ve also had a water heater that stopped working a few days in, but again, we informed the management and they had it repaired the next day. So no big issue.

Absolutely fantastic apartments with private beach space on pereybere. Literally walk from your room or sun lounger into the ocean. Staff went above and beyond and even provided me with a small work area prior to check in to do some emergency remote work. Laundry service managed to get my curry stains out of my white dress. In close proximity to Winners, pereybere public beach, and a variety of restaurants. parking on site. Would recommend.

It was very cozy, safe, nice located, beautiful view from our appartment, supermarket 2min walking distance, some restaurants nearby as well as the pharmacy, scooter rental and more. Also a book shelf to borrow books at reception, laundry service. We even got a room to use for the whole day before our 8pm flight, top!

The hotel is next to the "main road" and, as it is not soundproofed, at night the traffic may be sometimes disturbing (some loud bikes making lots of noise), so if you have the apartment next to the road it may bother you a bit. We had the bad luck of having 2 blackouts during during our stay, very short and quickly solved.

The welcome staff and the check-in process was excellent and fluent. It is very near to Grand Baie and the private beach is excellent, very quiet, clean and with private hammocks just in front of the beach (inside the hotel's area). The room is big, with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living room area. The bathroom is clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds are very confortable and the balcony has a very nice view of the beach and it is very calmed. The breakfast is very complete, just in front of the sea and with a wide variety of food. They allowed us a late checkout with a perfect changing room with all you could need: shower, toilet, sofa and even a hairdryer.

this is a beautiful apartment facing the sea. the room was steps away from the sandy beach. there is a selection of lovely loungers to sun bath in the garden. breakfast was lovely with every choice you could think of, and sitting out on the terrace eating it was fabulous. location was perfect too, steps from a good range of restaurants and decent supermarket for supplies. staff were super accommodating and we really enjoyed our stay here. fully recommend here

Not much as good value for money and immaculately clean. To be picky - is on a busy road and not great pavements so walking out at night, need to make sure you don’t get run over. however, no need to leave once stocked up.

The living room/kitchen window of our apartment was one the opposite side toward the main street. The traffic noise is quite loud if window is open. Breakfast was every day the same. Less variation. Eggs or omelets can be ordered though, so for us it was sufficient.

Great location with private beach! Supermarket and bus station only 3 minutes walking distance! Plenty Restaurants across the street from the Hotel. Surveillance cameras on the whole property and 24h security guard - we felt very safe and the staff was very friendly, helpful and caring! Great Respect and Thanks to the whole maintenance staff who kept the premises clean every morning and for the cultivation of the landscape. :-)

The coffee was very weak. You can hear the neighbors, but it depends on how noisy neighbors you happen to be. The roof of the balcony was hardly leaking, so we couldn't really sit there.

The hotel is located on the beach, sunbeds are available. Breakfast is simple and tasty, everything you need is available. A large grocery store and a small vegetable-fruit street vendor very close. Also cafes, car rental and bus stop. If you need, then receptionist helps to organize rental car. Possible to use changing room (if you arrive too early or need to leave late).

We had a very special stay at Le Beach club. The location and view are exceptional. Breakfast was excellent and Sevin ensured we enjoyed our coffee every morning. The apartment was super clean and all staff very friendly. The security guards are top notch, frie!ndly and ensured a pleasant stay. We will return again.
