The room could use a renovation. One night we had a cockroach and a lizard in our room.

Really nice breakfast and Hotel Facility was amazing. The staff was super friendly and the opportunities for things to do while staying there were astonishing.

Having to walk upto to reception to get our own water as well as tea coffee daily. A basic necessity for any room which any hotel/ resort should provide as part of basic housekeeping service

Location, cleanliness, service entertainment. The staff all round topnotch. A special shout out to the team at KotNou their signature Mauratian restaurant. Mohun Kuipy Noorina and Chef Faresh made our last night truly memorable. A not to be missed restaurant . Big John, a local our co-ordinator was also very helpful with information. We did book a jet boat trip with him but did not work out due to weather conditions.

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay . The view from the reception is unbelievable. It feels like you have entered in paradise. Staff works very hard to make the guests happy. Boat house facilities were exceptional. Free bar b cue dinner at nearby island is 10/10 We have left with very heavy heart and will surely come back.

Staff rude, never smiled or made you feel welcome. (Except boat bar) managers were shouting at staff in front of guests. Pillows not very good so didn’t sleep well. Cats attacked us every time we walked past and made us bleed. Kids petrified of them in end No mini disco for kids Evening entertainment really poor Some group of guests seemed to get treated better than some. There was one party where they had beer pong out on for them, had a disco put on and had exclusivity of island for the day. Birds just eat off buffet and staff just watched

There were some minor misunderstandings (could occur absolutely everywhere), but they were all immediately fixed by public relations. I was very impressed by the job of receptionists and public relations team!

The hotel is absolutely unique, it offers a very authentic room and facilities in general, I like the way they support sustainable lifestyle (by excluding any one time use products in general). Animation team was so friendly and helpful, the aqua gym was so much fun and the bike tour was absolutely amazing! Guys are putting so much effort in their job! I was very happy with the service of the guest relation team (next to the restaurants, girls who were helping to arrange the bookings), most of the time I was dealing with Elvina and she was so lovely and friendly all the time! I really like that all inclusive package is offering a big variety of a-la- cartel restaurants and all of them are unique in their own way, all offer different and tasty cuisines Despite it’s a family oriented hotel, I think it’s a great place also for couples and adults only!

If you like swiming in the ocean, its very shallow until the border. You keep walking there and the level is still on your knees but you can go snorkelling to open sea and its free😀 and 4 pools if you like👍 Mosquitoes, altough they spray everyday and have equipment in all rooms, those suckers find a way to suck your blood.

The food, the staff, the breakfast and the cocktails - all amazing. I am a certified diver and it is a big plus that there is a scuba diving centre in the hotel. A very beautiful place.

Place was impeccably clean, staff the friendliest and most accommodating I’ve ever experienced from any hotel. Wonderful boat trip with BBQ included as part of all inclusive package. 100 per cent would recommend and will most definitely come again.

Negative surprise was the sea, dirty and shoreline not cleaned from seaweed.

The resort was very nice, clean, quiet and had many comforting pools. Selection of restaurants was good and overall services were of high level.

Although we had dinner included. I didn’t know a drink or so during dinner would not be included. also the speed of the service at the theme restaurants was very fast. After 30-45 min you were out of the restaurants.

It is a beautiful hotel with a spectacular view. everything was clean, food delicious and friendly staff. What I really loved: possibility to refill your own bottle, even get a free water bottle you can use. The hotel tries to be green, and it shows. The free use of kayaks, sups and pedal boats. We had a blast.

Not much around the area without getting a taxi, but the hotel itself was perfect.

Amazing infinity pool and beach areas. A good choice of food options, and friendly staff. The rooms felt very clean and in the restaurants all the cutlery etc was really clean as well. Would definitely stay again.

The food was not the best. We did not like that we had to go with some bottles to the restaurant every day in the opposite site of the resort to refill them, otherwise we had no water to drink in the room.It would have been great if room service did that. The staff from the pool bar were rude, they did not serve us drinks if we were not sitting at a table, even if all tables were occupied.

Confusing system of collecting tea, coffee etc supplies for room from the "shop" and muddled messages about refilling water bottles. Sea was a bit too shallow to swim in. Old wooden high chairs in restaurant not very clean and in short supply.

Good choice of food at buffet all clearly labelled with allergen content. Very good toddler pool. Plenty of sunloungers on beach and terrace. Friendly staff.

No serious complaints. We had a problem with warm water in our room but it was resolved.

Dinner - dinner was fantastic everyday. We ate mostly at the main restaurant, Karay, but also tried out all the other restaurants which were lovely. My only recommendation would be to add more variety to the dessert as it was more or less the same everyday. Breakfast - wide variety. Beach - the beach was lovely. Slightly rocky here and there but the beach shoes protect your feet so there is nothing to worry about.
