Hotel was very clean and in a great location. Staff were really friendly and allowed us to check out a little later and leave our luggage after check out. Breakfast was a really nice set up, with staff constantly topping up the food so it felt fresh. Would definitely stay again!

We had a balcony room. The balcony really wasn't usable and it put you a few feet from neighbors' windows. There was no view except the side of another building. After being in Venice, I'm not sure any balcony would be worth it unless looking over a square or the sea.

The hotel was recently redone and is very clean. It is centrally located. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than a 20 minute walk. There are two excellent restaurants located in the large plaza where hotel is a 30 second walk away. The hotel is small and quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Only complaint is that the nearest Vaporetto stop is an 8 minute walk. This is not a big deal, but navigating the crowded, narrow streets of Venice with your luggage is tricky. Closer Vaporetto is the only thing that could have improved my experience but even without that I’d stay there again.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel in central Venice. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and all of the furniture and finishes were beautiful! Apparently there used to be an Acca Hotel here with terrible reviews, but don’t let those sway you from staying here. I’m so glad my husband and I stayed here! It’s quiet, right off a big piazza, but is removed from the street noise. The room stayed dark and cool all night. High high quality hotel for a really great value.

The mattress was not comfortable and the plastic-like waterproof covering didn't help. The shower door didn't close properly so the floor got wet when I used the shower.

The staff was really lovely. And I like the design of the hotel. Great location!

I have no complaints at all.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, I was a solo traveller but families were there also. Breakfast was very nice and the coffee is amazing. Rooms are great and very clean and modernised but with style and charm. I really loved the hotel, it isn't 5star but it felt much more upmarket than the price paid compared to looking at others in this price point, certainly great value for money. It is off the main streets but very central so was perfect for exploring on foot. Hotel felt very clean, safe and was comfortable. I'd definitely return.

1. I am not familiar with Venice so I had a bit of trouble finding the hotel. 2. I could not connect with the hotel at the given booking.com phone number. It gets automatically disconnected. 3. The charging points were a bit loose and I had trouble charging my phone. But these are minor and nothing to really worry about as I’m sure they’ll take care of it as I have given my feedback to Miguel.

1. Wonderful Manager and staff! Miguel is an awesome guide and so courteous, friendly and helpful. 2. The manager is a lovely lady who takes care of you as if a dear friend. 3. Great location, quiet and away from the crowded areas. 4. Beautiful room ambience and so comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtfully placed toiletries. All ecofriendly. 5. Nice breakfast. Cute and adequate. 6. The awesome restroom/bathroom in the reception area. Exquisite and shining! I was delighted. Opt for this hotel! You’ll get your money’s worth!

Located in a very convenient but quiet location off a beautiful square, this small hotel was immaculately clean and had nice recent updates. The staff was so kind and helpful! And breakfast was lovely with delicious cappuccinos every morning.

The most silent room I have ever been!!! We had room right next to the entrance and check in table, but the isolation is so incredibly good, that we did not hear anything. Excellent!

Honestly we didn’t really know what to expect as the pictures found on other websites and google didn’t align with the one’s from booking. But let me tell you, Acca hotel did not dissapoint! The hotel underwent renovations recently, making the facilities and rooms top-notch. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants, various tourist attractions and 15min walk from Pallazione Roma (bus, train station). We loved staying here during our trip in Venice!

Just a little hard to find at first, so maybe a small sign in the courtyard would be helpful.

Everything was spot on! Clean and spotless, Location great! Hard to find at first but was in a very beautiful spot hidden from any noise. The staff were very kind, I enjoyed the breakfast, and lovely hot chocolate every morning! Yh will surely use again if I ever come back to Venice

The shower was a little small but I guess it's normal for Venice. The entire floor was cold concrete.
