Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe arrival airport transfer was a little confusing. Due to the adhoc ferry schedule, you must call the accommodation from the airport and then they will book you seats on the next available ferry.....but the airport harbour is a busy place so you must keep an eye out for the boat that they book you on and be sure not to miss it. However the return transfer was no stress and well organised. This is not really a complaint re the hotel, just the ferry booking process. We had no complaints at all regarding the hotel and our stay.
Location was perfect, not far from bikini beach, drinking water tap, a shop, and other restaurants. The food was plentiful and delicious, and a good mix of local and western. Almost all dishes accommodated my dietary requirements, and I know they made a special effort to do this. It was very much appreciated. The room was spacious and had all we needed. We loved the outdoor shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

GermanySuper friendly and helpful staff and really good food. 🤩 If you tell yor special wishes they would do all they can ro fulfill them. I felt like a family member during the stay and can highly recommend that place. I also did the Open Water Divers Licence in Thulusdoo (Feenaa Diving), really great place for diving.
