Another guest was able to charge their Spa treatment to our room. We were able to see it in our app and the staff removed it after we let them know. A pincode/passphrase to make additional charges might avoid this, given most is covered by all-inclusive

Beautiful well maintained resort. The staff were friendly at every interaction. The buffet was great, and the drinks, cocktail and wine selection was extensive (Must try the Espresso Martini!). The app makes coordinating everything easy, and shows all of the options across the resort which made it very easy to track bookings and decide what to do. There are additional excursions, spa treatments and dinner options that are payable as an extra charge to the all inclusive

Nothing - it was all perfect

Lily Beach was the best hotel we've stayed at in the Maldives. The resort itself was fabulous - best food we've had in the Maldives, service was great and our room beautiful. Spa was great, kids loved the kids club activities, fishing trip and playground. We went snorkelling with whale sharks, mantas, turtles and also did night snorkelling where we saw nurse sharks, reef sharks, lion fish, turtles sleeping and more. The pet parrot on the island was a bonus for our 5 year old! We had so much to do we didn't use the watersports centre. The app was also very useful - to the point and easy to use.

The evening entertainment was usually only for 1 hour and only on some nights. The local dance and music shows were great but sometimes on when you were eating dinner.

Truly excellent customer service. All of the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we wanted. There were amazing snorkelling trips to swim with Whales sharks, Nurse sharks, Manta Rays, etc. We were impressed that champagne was included in the all inclusive package, they also had a great range of French cheeses. The food variety every day was great and we really enjoyed the fish counter where they cooked whole fish as you wanted.

the bed mattress is a bit soft. Can consider to change it for improvement. but this comment does not change my view of the Resort. It is a great place and I totally enjoy the time there.

the reef, the room and the staff. We can see fishes through the glass floor. the fish feeding is really a good show and we watched every night. The excursion guide is very helpful and ensure the guests are safe and saw the ray and whale shark. The room boy is very thoughtful and did the decoration to celebrate my husband birthday. Thanks so much to the team for sending us the birthday cake and prepare the dinner table. The stay is so great that I am planning the trip for next year.

It was a bit weird with free cigarettes - you can get cigarettes for free at the bars but they will not give you the whole pack, you have to ask every time for 3-4 ciggies. At the end I just bought a pack (12 or 15 USD) not to feel like begging every time.

It was our first time in Maldives and it was like we got into a paradise. Amazing nature, comfy villa (toilet, shower, jacuzzi bath tub outside like in your own fenced garden), amazing beach, different birds (sea chicken), fish (sharks and manta rays, other colorful fish), flying foxes, beautiful swimming pools at the bar areas, friendly, helpful staff (especially Laurent, Genelyn, Morgan, Shiyam, Arushan and many others). Everyone smiling, trying to help if required, wishing a good day. You feel there like you are with your big family around. One of the brightest experiences was the night time snorkeling with Lara from the diving center - we saw sleeping sharks! Fish feeding at the pier every night - sharks and manta rays come every night as they know they will be fed. Coral reef around the island was amazing. Temperatures of the air and water were perfect. I am not a fan of the Asian cuisine but our dinner at the Tamarind restaurant was great, respect to the chef. This is definitely the place you want to come back.

I liked everything.

Lily Beach was a dream vacation! My husband and I went here for our honeymoon. From the cleanliness to the helpfulness of staff to the quality of food, everything was absolutely outstanding! I cannot say enough great things about this place. We stayed in an oceanfront villa with our own pool. It was so cool to be able to walk out from our room straight into snorkeling! The sunrises and sunsets from AQVA were superb! Vibes had djs in the evenings that were a nice treat with pool tables for people who wanted to stay up a little later. The staff is the best I’ve ever seen. They are always friendly, kind, and trying to help in every way possible. The staff cleans your room twice a day. They are always doing little extra things to make your stay even better! They set up our bed with decor for our honeymoon and even brought us champagne, a fruit basket, and a cake to celebrate with a little note. The manage was always checking to make sure everything was going smoothly. The 3 included excursions were also superb! We chose sunset fishing, day trip to a local island, and coral reef snorkeling. My husband and I both caught a fish and saw so many neat fish while snorkeling. We added on swimming with nurse sharks, which was the nearest experience of the trip for me— completely worth it! We also did a lovely couples massage with scrub, wrapped in chocolate wrap, deep tissue massage where you could see the ocean from the floor while you received the massage, and finished with lemon ginger tea in a jacuzzi over the ocean for recovery. We attended the complimentary sunrise yoga the first morning we got there and had a relaxing morning experience. It was truly a dream vacation. This is the top resort I have ever experienced.

10 stars just isn't enough. Everyone at the resort was wonderful and their hospitality and kindness made our honeymoon that much more special. Seaplane has to stop for other resorts in the way back.

This is our third vacation in the Maldives and we chose Lily, this reaort has raised the bar for Maldives resorts, it is exceptional! Choose All inclusive package and enjoy the whole island. Over water villa was super beautiful and spacious. Swimming in the sea is incredibly beautiful there are many fish and coral life and the water is crystal clear! All restaurants are great and has tasty food also bars. Kids club has wide range of activities and kids can stay in the club without their parents. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only hiccup we had during our stay happened on our last day. Our flight out of Male was at 8pm, which meant that we had to take the last seaplane off the island at 4pm. However, as check out is at noon, we no longer had access to our premium plan (lunch, amenities or other food and drinks) during the 4 hour wait. We had to wait without lunch with nothing to do at the reception for 4 hours. It was a shame to finish our wonderful stay with that unpleasant surprise. I would like to ask hotel management to reconsider access to food and drinks for their guests if they are to leave after check-out. As it is not always possible to ensure earlier departing flights. Or at the least offer an earlier sea plane time to Male.

Our trip at Lily Beach was extraordinary. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The water villa was spacious and had wonderful access to the ocean. Housekeeping always kept the room pristine at all times. Lily Maa restaurant was always delicious. The breakfast buffet was especially good. I've never had a breakfast buffet be so international. Everyone will find what they are looking for. The staff was amazing and very helpful. A special shout out to Moosa, who was extremely helpful during the excursions and made our trip unforgettable. The absolute best thing about the resort is the house reef. It was extraordinary. The variety of sea life is mind-blowing. It was the best reef we have seen in Maldives. We will be coming back soon.
