Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Kuwaitthe location: it’s a 40 minutes (roughly) flight to reach the island, I took the sea plane which was (after a 5 hours flight) annoying. the facilities: water activities is fun, but comes with a very high price! ( its maldives and all it has is a beautiful beach, let us enjoy it with an acceptable price please!) VILLA PRIVACY: I cannot emphasize more on the importance of a villa privacy. I enjoyed a 30% privacy on my water villa, as my villa actually faces the island and I can see people from a far distance able to look towards us. design : the hotel feels like its outdated, given that its a 12 years old facility, I would appreciate if they changed the sound systems in the room to a much advanced and more technological device. The network,on the other hand, is very disappointing! very slow that you cannot enjoy a voice/video call unfortunately. and it disconnects as soon as you leave your villa until you walk by a facility (gym/restaurant/spa/etc…). Also, it needs preventive plan maintenance, because I got locked out of my villa thanks to a dead battery on the door lock.
everything. upon arriving at Maldives, I took the sea plane (Manta air) and they provided me with a huge and comfy lounge filled with everything you would need to start tou vacation, the lounge has a kids area, a fast network and clean toilets. I stayed there for 3 hours waiting for my flight to the hotel. once arrived at the hotel, I was welcomed by the friendly staff and I took a tour around the place. the island has 2 parts, the chill and the play. its a family friendly hotel, there are places for kids to play, each villa is provided with a bicycles for the family. there are more than 5 restaurants, 2 are free and the rest they give you a credit for (50 USD). you’ll have a butler who is 24 hour at your service (thank you terry). you’ll be given a complimentary Kayaking and a PHOTOSHOOT WHICH IS A MUST ( thanks Oreo!) food was amazing, the subsix restaurant was very expensive but a once in a life event and a very delicious menu. I enjoyed and appreciated how many times they clean your room each day, they cleaned mine twice in one day eventhoug it was already clean! (thanks Tom!) I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families, it was an amazing experience.

The hospitality and friendliness of all the staff is second to none never quite experienced anything like it anywhere else. They truly go above and beyond. Special thank you Imthi - the one and only - who made sure we had the time our life, and became a friend while doing so. I was fortunate enough to get engaged on the island, so to the ones who made it unbelievably romantic - the Chef Samah who served us delicious dishes, Joy, Azim and Oreo who captured the moment and gave us stunning photos (you can see below how WOW they are), and again our beloved Imthi who made it all happen - THANK YOU! I don’t usually like visiting the same place twice but I certainly will be back to niyama, that’s for sure!

Saudi Arabia- Booked a painting class but it was postponed to the next day, and the next day one of the staff led the class not the real painter.. I wasn't told until the end of the class. I would appreciate it if I knew. - Bathtub water is yellow which is weird. Didn't get the chance to use it.
- Breakfast and dinner are great as it has a variety of food. - The snap studio is amazing for a photoshoots. - Complementary massage for honeymooners. - Complementary bikes, coconuts, popcorn, and ice cream. - Beach slippers, bag, and bugs spray are available. - Staff is very nice.
