Needs an upgrade- multiple dents in walls, scratched paint, stains, worn curtains. The sewage smell in the bathroom is very unpleasant. I reserved a room with a balcony, but the room I was given did not have a balcony.

The apartment was on the 7th floor so very high up but the noise from the road was still quite loud. Sofa bed quite small.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of room. Bed was large and comfortable and loved the amenities. Good location, we walked to Las ramblas and barconleta beach but there is also a metro station very close. The guest services were really responsive via whatsapp when we had questions, needed advice etc.

The pull-out bed in the living room must be replaced immediately, it is bad for sleeping and not good for two people, maybe it is only for children! Urgent to change, our backs and everything else hurt because the bed is not flat!

The windows are not insulated, thus there is a lot of noise. If you are a light sleeper, rooms facing the busy street may be problematic. The bathroom smelt terrible, and as a result, you could smell it throughout the studio.

A nice bright & modern apartment, fully equipped kitchen (except the dishwasher which unfortunately wasn’t in our apartment), but there were a washing machine and an iron 😊

20 min from airport by taxi (40€). 40 min by bus N17 or N18 (bus stop couple min from apartment) to airport (bus ticket cost 2.55€ per person). Only 10 min by walking to Old Town. LOCATION IS PERFECT! APARTMENT CLEAN AND MODERN!

One of the rooms had a really squeaky bed, it was impossible to move without making noise. In the same room the heat wasn't working. The check in message said that for stays longer than 3 nights we get clean up every 2 days. It didn't happened, we had to announce the host and they came on the 4th day. The building and original windows make it impossible to close them fully and isolate the outside noise. For the 2 rooms that face the busy street is a bit of a problem if you are a light sleeper.

Really close to metro station, easy access to main attractions. Big enough for us to enjoy without feeling cramped. App with details for check in details and how to get there, plus some attractions. Easy communication with the host on whatsapp. Despite what other comments are saying, if you put the whole address on Google or Waze, it gets you to the right location, we didn't have problems locating or accessing the building. We were able to leave our luggage at another location while visiting the city, since we had a morning flight and the apartment wasn't ready yet.

I didn't get the check-in instructions on time so I was supposed to call the hotel and ask about it. (the same situation was with our neighbors). We couldn't make a check-in at 3 pm cause the apartment hadn't been cleaned (we made it at 4:20 pm). There was no any piece of toilet paper or paper towels in the whole apartment at all. The washroom had all the facilities but might need some renovation. It had a window that was impossible to open. No information about the 6th floor. The elevator didn't work all the time.

An apartment was clean and full of natural light. Lots of space for your clothes and stuff. There was a couch so you can have an extra person over the place . The bed was really comfortable :) Great location and exterior! Nice design!

The sofa bed. It was not so stable. For a group of 4 person it was not recommend this kind of bed in the apartment.

The apartment doesnt look as presented in the photos. Communication with the owner was confusing and time-consuming. Unfortunately we experienced few imperfections. The fridge was leaking since our arrival. The dishwasher seemed not to wash properly - it used only cold water. The water was running slowly and to get the warm water was taking too long. Downstairs the front door were too narrow and someone locked them so we couldnt open them fully and pass with the stroller. The windows were not sealed so we heard the noisy street in the bedrooms. The front door were quite old and far away from security one. We stayed in February and the aprment was quite cold - we used AC to warm up a bit but the floor was very cold anyway and the radiators didnt work at all.

The location was perfect. The apartment was spacious. We got 2 baby cots and high chair for the babies upon our request.

I and my family arrived to do the self checkin. We recieved a code by whatsapp and when we openned the door of the appartment, there were other guests inside the appartament. I contacted the responsabile for my reservation by whatsapp e she didn't know to explain what happened (there isn't reception only whatsapp). At the end, we accepted to go to the HOSTEL, because the other guests, that booked for only one night, wouldn´t want to leave the appartament. I booked for 3 nights and we already had payed. We didn't have other choice, only to accept the alternative to go to the HOSTEL because it was dicembre 31th. I sent the message to the Booking Staff and they didn´t do anything, no asnwers.

The master shower/ bath is terrible and almost unusable. The location isn't great.

The main room is nice with a terrace. The "master bed/bath combo is WAY too SMALL!!! can't even turn around in the bathroom, shower, or the bedroom. The shower sprays water all over the lip of the small shower and floods the room and the bedroom area. If you are 5'8 or taller probably can't sit straight on the toilet. WAY TOO SMALL, silly. Also, we asked for toilet paper and towels as we had 1 person get food poisoning, they never showed up with anything and had emailed they would...... not impressed by that. The other bedrooms and bath are decent in size, MASTER is a joke.

Generally was ok, and would be even 9-10 point, however one issue was with "taxi" which should be provided by the Owner/Appartment staff. The issue was, that driver left us about 2,5 km from the appartment, and we had to find proper appartement localization by our self. It wasn't easy, even people in place coudn't find it. It wasn't nice to walk with all luggages when was really hot outside. It turned out that the problem is with a pin that indicates an incorrect address (it should be different adres). Without the Internet and the facade photo of the apartment, there would be no way to find the property. We were really angry and disapointed. It would be great to get some disscount due to this issue... The rest was really great. I recommend this apartment, but be careful with the drop off from the airport.

Absolutely nothing.

It’s an old classic building where the original physical structure remains as it was made, but it has brand new appliances and high quality sheets and towels. It’s a huge apartment with a beautiful corridor where the bedrooms are situated, with two cozy living rooms on each end of the hallway. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
