Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Waaauuuu 😎 The Best guest house on Maldives 🤩 We was on several islands and this was the best guest house for us 💃🏼🕺🏻 We had breakfast lunch and dinner included and all meals was perfect 💯🔝✅ Staff is very pleasant and always ready to help you! We was with two small daughters and this place was all we need for good holiday! Rooms are big and comfort We will be glad to come again 🤩

Spainabsolutely nothing at all
typical Maldivian guest house with chill out laid back style - the staff cannot do enough to please you they are all just amazing. Sandro the housekeeper and Mr Shukur the owner met us off the boat with their luggage trolly and walked us to the property where we were greeted by Sushil the reception manager and Anthony the chef. After a refreshing coconut water we were shown to our lovely room. The food is like Indian, Maldivian, Italian fusion. Anthony is a great chef and again just wants to please with his culinary talent. we had a romantic dinner on the beach for Valentines and the time and effort that Sushil and his team put into making it just perfect blew us away. We will definitely be back

very good guesthouse, the staff is so so kind and helpful!!! very good room, bed, air con, big and very nice bathroom with an open air shower, loads of space to beach stuff. Very good food at dinner, nice breakfast with eggs made to your order. Clean, comfortable, water, tea and coffee every time. They help you with the luggage at the welcome and departure . Very nice people and ambience.

Pleasant family accommodation. I appreciated that it was small and personal, we felt like at home. Staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms clean, spacious with wonderful outdoor bathroom. The accommodation was next to beautiful bikini beach. We visited other islands but this accommodation was the best. Also the island was nice and clean, (not all local islands are clean).

If you're looking for serenity, peace in mind and heart and bliss moments then this place is perfectly for you!!! My wife and me stayed in this beautiful place one week from 28 February to 7 March and enjoyed every moment! Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, crystal clear water, blue sky and hot sun, snorkeling and watching multicolored fish and sea animals, kayaking and other activities makes it even better. Great and extremely friendly personnel (Sukur, Sesil and Anthony) fullfilling your every wish at first request! We very hope and want to come here again with our 5-years old daughter.

GreeceUnfortunately, the staff members were ashamed to say when they did not understand something, and instead would nod, say yes, and then not carry out the request. The food was average. Breakfast is a Western imitation (so baked beans, eggs, apples and oranges instead of mashuni, watermelon, and mango). I recommend staying Vaali Beach Lodge and eating at Baani lodge (especially for lunch and dinner).
The members of the staff were extremely kind. The location is excellent with an exit directly from the guesthouse's area to the bikini beach. Swimming with sharks was a magical and very recommendable experience.

What did we like? Just everything. The rooms are minimalistic in a good way (no fridge, no TV), the attached outdoor bathroom just amazing. The meals are served in a lovely courtyard, surrounded by plants and prepared by caring and lovely Anthony — who is always in for a funny chat. The beach is superb as well, as is the village. Mattey even managed a visa-extension for us remotely from Male. This was a lengthy process with lots of steps and Mattey just excelled in managing everything without extra cost. Thank you!

AustraliaBathrooms are smelly could not tolerate the bad odour of the allocated bathroom, changed the room but it was the same. Breakfast buffet has no choice, very poor. Food has no taste and no options too. We stayed for 5 days and our rooms were not cleaned for full stay, slept with rubbish inside the room, imagine rubbish for a family of 7 pcs. Very old and wasted beach 5 towels provided for 7 people.
Location is great. Staff are kind and very helpful.

His attitude almost spoiled for us the entire experience - starting from the moment we arrived he was controlling and made it feel like we’re in a prison (don’t leave the property, don’t talk to other tourists, don’t book trips unless with us). We were shocked as we visited 3 islands during our Maledive trip and everywhere locals were extremely nice and friendly.
Good location, nice bikini beach with reef just few steps away. Nice rooms & staff is very accomodating

United StatesAs a solo traveler, I’m not sure I’d recommend this place. They seemed to have a difficult time understanding that I wanted a reclusive vacation, yet still wanted to be able to meet people. I asked if I could join other hotels for tours to meet new people and they said no, so I just did it anyway, but that made things awkward and constrained. Their wifi is atrocious—I was told before coming that all I would need was the hotel wifi and not to get a SIM card, but the wifi there was unusable. It kicked me off every two seconds. I thought maybe it was just the island experience, but I found out that other hotels nearby had strong wifi and the hotel I’m at now on another island has great wifi. My first room there was gorgeous with plenty of natural light flowing in, but there was a screaming child next door and thin walls, so I had to move. They tried to move me to a room that felt like a dungeon, the lighting was so poor, so I waited for another. The other room was okay—still not as good as the first—but it was smaller and had less natural light.
Vaali has a great location—just minutes from bikini beach, which has amazing snorkeling. The staff are very friendly. The towels are very fluffy and you can replace them with a clean one whenever you like. Breakfast/dinner were tasty, but monotonous.
